Great review. Just thinking about security and deterrents to make it more difficult to to steal your bike. Although something I've not seen before, is there any way the Specialized phone app could lock the brakes in position. This would be a useful concept to prevent thieves cycling away on your expensive investment. It's obviously more difficult to steal if a thief has to carry it away. Riders will obviously use locks as a deterrent but as an alternative additional line of defence, if it's not possible via the app, has anyone at Specialized thought of a way to lock the brakes on the handlebars? I know a thief could just cut the hydraulic lines but this would at least slow them down and reduce the value of the bike to resell on. Just a thought?

Mine is still faulty and dealer would not update firmware. Rider Care said warranty is not supported by all specialized dealers. Customer Care is dreadful.

BREAKING NEWS: Turbo Vado Owners officially give up waiting for promised Turbo Vado Mission Control App! Specialized themselves have given up on it not even referring to it on their 2019 range online. Meanwhile previous customers will just have to live with being fed a lie.

What a load of crap, I brought a Vardo 6 and the mission control app made my mind up to buy this bike. It does not connect to app.
How the F---k are Specialized getting away with still advertising that it does. Disappointed to say the least.

Swiss is not a Chinese proverb/province, it's in Europe.
