Putting your entire life on UA-cam doesn’t mean you don’t value your privacy though. Everyone views privacy differently. Lauren draws the line where she draws the line, but others draw the line at other places and wanna share more, and that doesn’t mean they don’t value privacy, it just means they’re comfortable with sharing more which is fine too. Also, while it may SEEM like people put their entire lives on UA-cam, they could be keeping a lot of things private which you don’t know about. Everyone values privacy but they do it in different ways.

Been watching this in pieces because my attention span is horrible lately. Thank you for talking about the surrender and break through. This year has been a roller coaster of horrible things. I've gone from trying to have a baby with my boyfriend, to finding out I'm infertile, to my boyfriend dying, to getting kicked out of my home and being sued. Things are just barely settling down and I'm searching really hard for that break through.

Listening to this q&a was a great way to start my morning and mentally prep myself for a day of cooking (hotforfood, of course) for a holiday party I've got tonight. Your approach to cooking and building a cooking channel on UA-cam is really interesting to hear, and I really like that'd you love to work with a non-vegan brand to develop vegan products. There are some people who wouldn't want to work with a brand that used animal products in their food, which I think is counterintuitive to spreading veganism to the masses. It's also really inspiring to hear you talk more about your spiritual journey and your self-growth journey. That's something I feel like I'm constantly working on or trying to figure out what works best and feels best for me. I can't remember if you've talked about them in the past but what podcasts do you listen too? If you do a book tour in the US I hope you consider New Orleans for a stop if it's possible! Your vlog to NOLA was really fun to watch and I'm sad that I missed the meet-up. On an unrelated note, my omnivorous family can't get enough of anything I cook from hotforfood - the berry muffins from the ebook are their current obsession ( I've made 3 batches in the time I've been home for the holidays). I noticed that too, when you started to have someone else shoot your videos. They are really well done! It's not really like the content is different, I think that person was probably just noticing the different shooting style.

Never understood the point of airing every single life matter online. Like...what's left for yourSelf?? There's a level of privacy everyone deserves. Thank you for talking about the surrender and break through. This year has been a roller coaster of horrible things. I've gone from trying to have a baby with my boyfriend, to finding out I'm infertile, to my boyfriend dying, to getting kicked out of my home and being sued.
Things are just barely settling down and I'm searching really hard for that break through.

Listening to this q&a was a great way to start my morning and mentally prep myself for a day of cooking (hotforfood, of course) for a holiday party I've got tonight. Your approach to cooking and building a cooking channel on UA-cam is really interesting to hear, and I really like that'd you love to work with a non-vegan brand to develop vegan products. There are some people who wouldn't want to work with a brand that used animal products in their food, which I think is counterintuitive to spreading veganism to the masses. It's also really inspiring to hear you talk more about your spiritual journey and your self-growth journey. That's something I feel like I'm constantly working on or trying to figure out what works best and feels best for me. I can't remember if you've talked about them in the past but what podcasts do you listen too? If you do a book tour in the US I hope you consider New Orleans for a stop if it's possible! Your vlog to NOLA was really fun to watch and I'm sad that I missed the meet-up. On an unrelated note, my omnivorous family can't get enough of anything I cook from hotforfood - the berry muffins from the ebook are their current obsession ( I've made 3 batches in the time I've been home for the holidays). PS I totally encourage anyone interested in ayahuasca ceremonies to go for em! (as long as it’s a safe one and recommended by someone you know.) I went into one not knowing much at all and it wasn’t even as intense as everyone had hyped it up to be. Luckily I had an amazing Shaman who guided us step by step. The physical effects seem daunting but the download and healing you receive by far outweighs all the other aspects. For me it was very pleasant. Xx
I think the question about the Hot for Food aesthetic/pro video thing is about the different shooting style of your camera guy who shoots the videos now. I noticed that too, when you started to have someone else shoot your videos. They are really well done! It's not really like the content is different, I think that person was probably just noticing the different shooting style.

So refreshing to see a UA-camr despite having a large following still manage to keep private matters private and not exploit them for views. Never understood the point of airing every single life matter online. Like...what's left for yourSelf?? There's a level of privacy everyone deserves. It's weird to me and I'm still not comfy with the fact that it's the norm to reveal every aspect of your life on the internet. That'd give me so much anxiety.
