I have heard about it from UA-cam videos. Diana and Charles Spencer would probably not have been born if he survived. Their parents marriage was already not great, but the need for a male heir is so strong.
Yes, dissapointing that the Spencers don't remember him, just like they didn't care of Dianas happiness, using the guilt trip for her to marry Charles all while they knew Charles only loved Camilla...

"Diana, the Princess of Wales"- CORRECT "The Princess of Wales" -CORRECT Diana was never "Princess Diana" but she was unofficially called by the people as Princess Diana.
@conditiinallyuncon: If as you claim the RF was NOt Diana’s cup of tea, pls do not forget the fact that she always wanted to be Princess of Wales! It is Charles’ & the RF’s family’s wealth and status that made her an icon. Otherwise, she’d still be doing laundry for the wealthy, be a kindergarten aide (NOT a teacher), be wearing Mark’s & Spencer clothing and still have the “D” initial as her only jewellry. Like her father warned Charles: “What Diana wants, Diana gets!” And when she didn’t get what she wanted, like Harry, her vengeance to de-throne Charles started! Her death was caused by her own head games and vengeance towards the very family that gave her what she wanted - wealth and status. Meghan & Harry are just finishing her unfinished vengeance!
This is a truly good video! As one who has studied Queen Victorias life since age 5, I was happy to see the tribute to her. She accomplished so much with Prince Consort Albert & even after he passed on. Queen Victorias influence was worldwide. Since no one in GB was interested in "flying machines" she sent funding to the Wright Brothers. Queen Victoria was also close friends with The Hawai'ian Royal family. She invited them & they set sail to attend her diamond jubilee in England. The woman who would have been the next Queen of Hawai'i, was named in honor of Queen Victoria. She was known by her Hawai'ian name, Kai'u'lani. Her first name was Victoria. Thank you for this video! It was very informative.
Ruth Fermoy was a great friend of and lady in waiting of the Queen Mother. She and the Queen Mother were instrumental in setting up Charles and Diana’s marriage. I did read previously about Diana’s brother, John. Lovely video of a beautiful old church and grounds.
@@gaynor1721 I read about her infant brother who died in Andrew Morton's books he wrote with Diana's help. She recorded tapes and had them taken to AM by a friend. She spoke about her infant brother and didn't believe tha she or her younger brother would have been born. She carried a lot of guilt for being born a girl and how her parents were probably disappointed. @@gnostic268 I read about John Spencer in a book about Diana in a chapter about the Spencers, before the Morton book. The book included a photo of John's gravestone. Her parents might have been disappointed that she wasn't the longed for heir, but she was the apple of her father's eye.

I love the way the walls have been decorated in the chapel. Very pretty. I’ve only seen similar recently in a Mother Superior’s private chapel in Mdina, Malta. That was also light green surprisingly. I wonder if there is some significance with the colour, as it reminds me of French chateau influence? Thank you for the video Dan. Very interesting
You weren’t harsh at all about Diana’s brother, he wasn’t much of a brother. When she was going through hell with Charles going through her separation slash divorce she wanted to come back to her home and her brother said no he didn’t need the paparazzi at their family home. So she got no support from her own family.
AND when Diana WANTED to pull out of the wedding( she realised he was still seeing Camilla) BOTH her sisters and their husbands( both worked for the royals) and her grandmother took Diana into a room and refused to let her and brow beat her into going through with it by saying she'd to think of the shame she'd bring on the family, and it was to late to call off lots of foreign TV was already here.
