Thank you sir for your inspiration, I'm 30 years old never actually been a fitness driven person .used to be thin before now I'm bell shaped with pot belly and skinny arms.. do you really think a person of my age can still get in shape with a 9-10 hour work schedule on the side? If yes can you please help me with what kind of routine i should follow so i don't get demotivated seeing the handsome hulks in the gym
Absolutely, age is just a number when it comes to fitness! With dedication and a good routine, you can definitely achieve your goals. If you need help checkout the Noel Deyzel app, theres a bunch of free content to help you along your journey. Keep pushing
Bro, there are no words to describe how thankful i am to you, i started my lifting journey 3.5 years ago when i was at my lowest lows after a breakup and in heavy suicidal depression. I was diagnosed obese and had to start exercising because if i hadn't my heart would give up essentially. You gave me so fucking much inspiration and help throughout this whole time it's insane. Thanks to you, i am currently weighing 73kg at about 13 ish % body fat and last week had just smashed through my leg press and squat pr, leg press @220kg at 4 clean reps and squat @100kg at 3 reps. While im still dealing with a lot of trauma, my progress at the gym really helps to put a smile on my face and i can only be thankful to you for helping me reach and go beyond what i could only dream of looking. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart Noel, you existing has changed my life so drastically and so positively❤❤
With me being as much of a wreck as I am physically, your videos on how to properly lift and balance gains with recovery help a lot, I went from not being able to do much of anything to having almost full range of motion and starting to move and work ligaments and muscles that haven't been active since my high school days so once I can move them without much pain I'm going to start implementing as many techniques as I can to build muscle again. I miss being able to lift heavy stuff
Noel I’m not into bodybuilding or anything but I just wanna say the videos you make seem to be helping so many people and you are such a genuine and kind man. God bless you 🙏 💗
I used to have a weak shoulder and my badminton coach used to tell me to do shoulder presses from hanging down the bar to going up.ive been doing them for 2 years now .man really my shoulders are decently strong , i got explosive strength, and feeling good posture.❤❤❤💪💪💪.now i know the value of this exercise because of you thank you noel.
Please more videos like this! Short but with full valuable content. Yesterday I was doing shoulder on gym and checked your last video with fan to know which exercises I should do. Best to you and thanks for what you doing Noel :)
Thank you very much for including the visuals in your videos. I am Turkish and I do not understand English, but when you show me, I understand, thank you.❤
I got my biggest fear out of the way, to go in a gym and now i’m hooked thanks for the tip on side lats i never thought to bent a bit thanks alot im 2 months in a fitness gym and everyone is kind with me a great experience.
Noel is the guy that got me into working out in the first place the motivation he gave me granted me a drive to be the best, I know he isn’t seeing this
As somebody who works out at home with nothing but dumbells, a bar and what's around me I appreciate how every section had something that could work without being seated or using fancy gym equipment :)
Thank you for being so great Noel ❤❤ been watching your videos for 2 years now ever since I was 13 you were one of my biggest reasons to start, and you were in my mind when I walked trying to keep from panicking.
Anterior/medial/posterior deltoid. Three heads. Rear delts are always neglected. Need all three for that nice 3-D boulder look. Barbell/dumbbell pressed for anterior head, lateral raises for medial head, and rear delt flies for rear delts. Adjust weight and reps for each head appropriately.
These types of videos are awesome. Not complicated, shows the exercise and isn't 15 minutes long to explain it. Nice tip about recovery as well. Thanks for the motivation 👍
Straight to the point, not trying to be smart and trying to tell a bed time story, amazing content :) take care and thank you :) Shoulder day tomorrow :)
@noeldeyzel i started gym thanks to you, my wife is on a wheelchair and we have a toddler, life is very hectic and i rarely have time for my self, but gym is what keeps me going now, thanks for motivating me 💪🏽
Thanks a lot man! I really wasn't training rear shoulders (as 1 month beginner) but from today I'll start the exercise you showed (the highlighted animation helped so much. Thank you man🙌🏻 you're very hardworking (you've trained your body great over many years👀💪).
Someone recently pointed to me that my shoulders are missing something and then this video pops up. I didn't really concentrate on these exercises, but now i know what to do. Thanks man 👍
Adding to this amazing guide, I recommend to try some rotation exercise to improve your capacity and feel less pain in some specific areas, I like the rotation and it make better my military press
Goated video as usual, no need for much tbh. A few basic exercices done hard and with good technique is all you need, also if some of y'all struggle with stability and things of the sort, try using machines or cables they're usually more stable than dumbells and barbells i mean hell you can even do smith machine shoulder press if you want. We love you Noel
Wow exactly what I was looking for, different shoulder workouts to try at my gym and I did it all within less than 2 minutes and got some extra good info as well!? Subscribed! Great video man look forward to more.
I'm one of those people who's been neglecting rear delts 🥺 I've been working out for 8 years. Gotta watch more videos, make sure I'm not missing anything else
When doing lateral raises it's important to not "ego lift" the weight and shrug it up using momentum. This takes away pressure from the deltoids and instead shifts it to the traps. A good tip I use to help control the movement is to imagine you're moving the dumbbells away from you, pushing out to the sides. Not pushing the weight up.
I used to struggle with getting the movement perfect for a long time. Something else you can do is hit your taps hard on your shoulder day right before doing your lateral raises so the traps are too fatigued to help with the movement lol.
Thank you so much Noel this vidoe helped me figure out all of the shoulder parts and me being wrong about thinking with reverse fly IM training my middle delts too.
Thsnks for the killer advice as always big papa Would love to see this kind of video for each muscle group, showing us how to target each part with the most effective variations etc Personally I'd really appreciate some advice on back as that is the area myself and other beginniner lifters i know are struggling to get the hang of Thanks again
i really want big shoulders, and its good that you mentioned rear delt exercises because they really are important and are neglected sometimes, great video!!
