Did this workout, I’m 50 now and I’ve tried lots of stuff but this shoulder workout had me blowing out of my arse, my side delts are in pieces .The last 3 front delt had me screaming. Wish I’d trained like this when I was younger . Great stuff love watching your vids 😍
Gwych! Best shoulder workout ever. Thanks for all your videos Ryan, very much appreciated! Wish I could of had this knowledge 50 years ago. I’ll be 65 this year, every day’s a school day… 😉👍
So, just did this workout. On the steering wheel move for front delts, Ryan was doing 45 pound plate, I started off with 25, then 10 then 5, but damn it I wasn’t going to 2-1/2 pound plate. Thanks Ryan you’re changing my whole outlook on how to workout. Ex power lifter, college football player that really just used power to move weight not the specific muscle needed.
I had to come back to this video and say, supinated grips on rear delt flys instantly changed that exercise for me. I immediately felt a connection I don't think I ever felt in my rear delts. Amazing.
I'm new to all this. I've heard the term "connection" thrown around on this channel quite a bit and am not sure what it refers to. I would appreciate if you could tell me what you guys are referring to.

Not sure if was more freaked out by the volume of the giant set of bus drivers, front raise, and press with a plate after already killing shoulders, or the fact that I referred to it as dessert. Today, squatting without shoes, my knee pain was minimal. I hope it continues. For that alone, Ryan had a great insight. He's a pretty smart kid.
