So, just did this workout. On the steering wheel move for front delts, Ryan was doing 45 pound plate, I started off with 25, then 10 then 5, but damn it I wasn’t going to 2-1/2 pound plate. I took my dad to lift with me one time and he wanted to do shoulders. At the end of a basic workout I asked if he was done or wanted dessert. Not sure if was more freaked out by the volume of the giant set of bus drivers, front raise, and press with a plate after already killing shoulders, or the fact that I referred to it as dessert. I now know what it's like for someone to look at me like I should be in a straight jacket.

Nonetheless, every squatting session was a painful experience. Then I tried Ryan's suggestion today, to squat in my socks, NO SHOES. I bought powerlifting shoes two years ago. Today, squatting without shoes, my knee pain was minimal. I hope it continues. For that alone, Ryan had a great insight. He's a pretty smart kid.

This video, along with the most recent biceps and triceps videos, should be called the “window licking series” cuz by the end of the workouts, you’re so spent that it feels like you grew up spending your time on the school bus cleaning windows with your tongue

thank you for the explanation of the exercise at the end of each set. I'm one of those broken people that need that.

What I've realised is that Ryan isn't huge, he's just got really got size proportionally. Don't get me wrong, he's big, but he's made to look all the more bigger on the camera cause he's got great proportions.

Standard 8-10 reps guy checking in. Been watching Ryan’s videos for a few days and decided to try this shoulder workout. Light weight? High reps? I’m strong, what nonsense.
I was wrong. I was so wrong.

Sick workouts. I’ve been watching UA-cam and Instagram workout techniques for years but still find new exercises or variations from you all the time.
