    But does the sun not cause wrinkles and early aging?

    • @jennytimelord9689
      @jennytimelord9689 2 роки тому +2

      We are supposed to age.. everyone has wrinkles except for a select few. Just like many of us, if left to our own devices, gain weight as we age - the ones who don't are a genetic anomaly. I watch a dermatologist named Dr. DRAY. She's great. She talks about skincare but one video, she did admit that skincare, avoiding sun - that only does you 10% good no matter what product (I can't remember exact number but it was something like that), and nutrition and genetics are stronger. So at this point, 20 minutes a day in natural sun sounds fine. If you work outside, probably wanna be careful but I've not seen much evidence sun avoidance did anything. Now, my best friend and I were in high school in the 90s. People went tanning even in sophomore year - those "hot" popular girls all look like ball sacks on a hot day. We don't. For comparison! Because we went outside sometimes, recreationally, but didn't actively tan. 🤷‍♀️ so don't take your bra off and sit outside with a mirror like in the 90s, no tanning bed, but I think you'll find even if you lived under ground, you'd still sge about as fast as the next person. Stress, nutrition, genetics, habits (drinking,drugs, alcohol) are going to affect you more than a little sun

He hasn't aged at all other than getting a pot belly in his age, hair turning whiter, and you wouldn't believe it! My mom smoked for 50 years (she's older) and has looked old as hell since I was old enough to remember. He eats anything green he can get his hands on, she barely eats and if she does, its processed carbs garbage. My mom stays inside, my dad is usually outside even when laid off in winter. I'm beginning to think the sun is not the enemy they told us it was to sell sunscreen
