    शुभ प्रभात! सिद्धि योग में आपका फिर से स्वागत है!
    आज हम अपने शरीर के पेट पर काम करते हैं। उदर गुहा हमारे शरीर का मध्य भाग है। इसमें लीवर, पेट, किडनी, आंतों आदि जैसे कई महत्वपूर्ण अंग होते हैं। इन अंगों के सही तरीके से काम करने से हमारे शरीर में संतुलन बनाए रखने में मदद मिलती है। इन अंगों पर काम करने से स्वस्थ पाचन और उत्सर्जन तंत्र भी सुनिश्चित होता है, जो आगे चलकर हमारे स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने में मदद करता है।

    सह नाववतु ।
    सह नौ भुनक्तु ।
    सह वीर्यं करवावहै ।
    तेजस्वि नावधीतमस्तु मा विद्विषावहै ।

    स्वस्ति प्रजाभ्यः परिपालयन्तां न्यायेन मार्गेण महीं महीशाः ।
    गोब्राह्मणेभ्यः शुभमस्तु नित्यं लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु ॥
    अनुवाद: पृथ्वी के शासक विधिपूर्वक प्रजा की रक्षा करें। गौ और ब्राह्मण सदा सुखी रहें। उचित मौसम में वर्षा हो और पृथ्वी फसलों में प्रचुर मात्रा में हो। देश संकट और भय से मुक्त हो।
    सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः ।
    सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः ।
    सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु ।
    मा कश्चित् दुःख भाग्भवेत् ॥
    ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः॥
    अनुवाद: सब सुखी हों, सब रोगमुक्त हों, सबका जीवन यशमय हो और कोई दुखी न हो।

    तीन बार शांति का जाप तीन प्रकार के विश्व दुखों को दूर करने के लिए किया जाता है।
    व्यक्ति शरीर पर साधना के प्रभाव का अनुभव करता है और हृदय में कृतज्ञता, प्रेम और करुणा का प्रकाश महसूस करता है। व्यक्ति गुरु, बड़ों और भगवान को याद करता है और उन्हें प्रणाम करता है। काफी समय के बाद, व्यक्ति आंखें खोलता है और तरोताजा महसूस करता है।

    में बेगिननारे कोसे पुरा किया कोर्स शुरु कारने से मेरा वजन 71.2kg था, पुरा होने बाद 73.6kg हुवा हे. रोज में 5कमी चलती हू. वजन किस वजसे जादा हुवा

    Good Morning! Welcome back to Siddhi Yoga!
    Today, we work on the abdomen of our body. The abdominal cavity is the central part of our body. It has many vital organs like the liver, stomach, kidneys, intestines etc. The proper functioning of these organs helps to maintain balance in our bodies. Working on these organs also ensures healthy digestive and excretory systems, which further help to maintain our health.
    (0:45) Prayer

    सह नाववतु ।
    सह नौ भुनक्तु ।
    सह वीर्यं करवावहै ।
    तेजस्वि नावधीतमस्तु मा विद्विषावहै ।
    ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥
    Translation: May He protect both of us together. May He nourish both of us together. May we work together with great energy. May we not have disputes with each other.
    Three times Shanti is chanted to remove three types of world miseries.
    (1:38) Moving of the Legs
    Benefits: It removes the tiredness from the legs. It also increases its awareness by increasing its blood and energy circulation.
    Contraindications: People with knee, thigh or hip bone pain or surgeries must avoid this practice.
    (1:56) Single Leg Movement with Pressure on Abdomen
    Benefits: The pressure on the abdomen improves the functions of the organs in the abdominal cavity like the liver, stomach, intestines and kidneys. It also helps to reduce bloating and acidity.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal, back, and hip joint surgeries or injuries must avoid this practice. People with knee pain must also consult a Yoga Therapist before practicing.
    (3:08) Hands Up with Folded Legs
    Benefits: The pressure on the abdomen improves the functions of the organs in the abdominal cavity like the liver, stomach, intestines and kidneys. It balances the secretions of adrenal glands, thereby helping in managing diabetes.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal, back, and hip joint surgeries or injuries must avoid this practice. People with knee pain must also consult a Yoga Therapist before practicing. People with frozen shoulders must also avoid this practice.
    (4:05) Folding Legs with Hands
    Benefits: The pressure on the abdomen improves the functions of the organs in the abdominal cavity like the liver, stomach, intestines and kidneys. It balances the secretions of adrenal glands, thereby helping in managing diabetes. It also helps to reduce bloating and acidity. This position also tones the back muscles, as the back stands without the support of the hands.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal, back, and hip joint surgeries or injuries must avoid this practice. People with knee pain must also consult a Yoga Therapist before practicing.
    (4:52) Holding Legs in the Air
    Benefits: This practice uses the major muscles below the neck region. Apart from benefitting the organs in the abdominal cavity, it also tones the muscles of the back, strengthens the hip joints, and strengthens the legs- thigh muscles, knee joints, shin bones and ankles.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal, back, and hip joint surgeries or injuries must avoid this practice. People with knee pain must also consult a Yoga Therapist before practicing.
    (5:25) Spinal Twist
    Benefits: Spinal twists improve the functions of all the organs in the abdominal and thoracic cavities. It strengthens and enhances the flexibility of the spine. Twists specifically improve digestion and excretion systems. It also alleviates mild neck and back pain.
    Contraindications: People with pain in the neck and back region must not do this practice. Even patients with surgery must avoid this practice.
    (7:23) Nauka Sanchalana
    Benefits: This practice works excellently on the abdominal and back muscles. It helps to reduce abdominal fat. It also tones the arms and shoulder muscles and improves breathing capacity.
    Contraindications: People with back or neck pain must avoid this practice. People with abdominal pain or surgeries must also not do it.
    (10:30) Chakki Chalanasana
    Benefits: This practice tones the back and abdominal muscles. It helps in the functioning of the abdominal organs and also loosens abdominal fat. It also keeps the limbs active. When this is done with breath coordination, its effects are enhanced.
    Contraindications: People with back and abdominal pain or surgeries must avoid this practice.
    (13:21) Bend Stretch Twist
    Benefits: This practice improves the spine’s flexibility, aids digestion and excretion, tones abdominal muscles, flexes the shoulders and improves the functioning of the heart.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal or back surgeries must avoid this practice. Bend Stretch Twist must not be done in case of severe back or neck pain.
    (14:38) Moving while Rocking
    Benefits: This practice tones abdominal muscles and massages the back. It improves the functioning of the abdominal organs.It helps in cases of indigestion, gas and bloating.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal or back surgeries must avoid this practice. It must not be done in case of severe back or neck pain.
    (19:22) Apanasana
    Benefits: It puts tremendous pressure on the abdomen, massaging the abdominal organs, and improving the digestion and excretory system. This is also a curative asana for constipation.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal surgery or knee or hip pain must avoid this asana.
    (19:44) Knee Rotation
    Benefits: It puts pressure on the abdomen, thighs and hip joints, improving the functions of the abdominal organs. It tones abdominal muscles, improves digestion and reduces problems like gas and acidity. It puts pressure on the back muscles, thereby massaging and relaxing them.
    Contraindications: People with knee or abdominal injuries or surgeries must avoid this practice. Even people with hip joint surgeries must avoid it.
    (20:09) Bala Kridasana
    Benefits: It puts pressure on the abdomen and tones and strengthens its muscles. This is also good for toning and strengthening the thighs and knees.
    Contraindications: People with frozen shoulders, abdominal surgeries, knee or hip joint pain, or surgeries must avoid this practice.
    (22:12) Knee Elbow Touching
    Benefits: It tones the abdominal muscles with increased pressure on them. It also strengthens the thighs and knees. It helps with digestive problems like indigestion and acidity.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal or back surgeries or neck pain must avoid this practice. It should not be practiced by people with frozen shoulders also.
    (23:20) Dynamic Side Stretching
    Benefits: The sides of the abdominal muscles are toned, and fat is reduced. This practice also aids the digestive and excretory systems.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal surgeries, hernias, hip joint problems or back pain must avoid this practice.
    (25:15) Dynamic Kati Chakrasana
    Benefits: This practice tones abdominal muscles and reduces abdominal fat by aiding digestion and excretion. It increases the flexibility of the back muscles.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal, back or neck pain or surgeries, hernia or frozen shoulders must avoid this practice.
    (26:52) Dynamic Standing Twist
    Benefits: This practice tones abdominal muscles and reduces abdominal fat by aiding digestion and excretion.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal, back or neck pain, surgeries, or hernia must avoid this practice.
    (27:40) Sitting Spinal Twist
    Benefits: This position improves the functioning of the organs in the abdominal and thoracic cavities by stretching and pressurizing the left and right side of the body alternately.
    Contraindications: People with abdominal, back or neck pain or surgeries, hernia or frozen shoulders must avoid this practice.
    (29:56) Prayer

    स्वस्ति प्रजाभ्यः परिपालयन्तां न्यायेन मार्गेण महीं महीशाः ।
    गोब्राह्मणेभ्यः शुभमस्तु नित्यं लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु ॥
    Translation: May the Earth’s rulers protect the subjects lawfully. May the Cows and Brahmanas always be prosperous. May it rains in the proper season and Earth be abundant in crops. May the country be free from distress and fear.
    सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः ।
    सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः ।
    सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु ।
    मा कश्चित् दुःख भाग्भवेत् ॥
    ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः॥
    Translation: Let everybody be happy, let everybody stay free of diseases, let everybody’s life be glorious and let not anybody be sad.
    Om shanti shanti shanti!!!
    Three times Shanti is chanted to remove three types of world miseries.
    One experiences the effect of the sadhana on the body and feels a light of gratitude, love and compassion in the heart. One remembers the Guru, elders and the Lord and bows to them. After a comfortable amount of time, one opens the eyes and feels rejuvenated.

      When I read the word Sidhi yoga. It had great impact on me thinking that I would gain some superpowers and strength from it. You are really true to your name sir. I feel much stronger by doing shoulder yoga and coming to day 10 with some breaks.
      I found crow yoga difficult.
      But love your way of teaching. Thanks ❤

      In Budd Chiari syndrome, hm aap ko ye salah dete h ki ek chititsak se paramarsh kre. Aap dhyan rakhe ki aap ki condition kafi alag aur special h to aise me aap specialized Yog Abhyas kre, kisi Yog Prasikshak se vartalap kr k unke sath Yog kre.
