Would like to see how this type of research with food unfolds into the field of both Traditional Chinese & Ayurvedic Medicine. Interested to see if those two ancient practices can scientifically supplement the science that Dr. Li has presented with food analyzed in his latest book.

In our Indian ayurvedic medicine, cooked food should not be eaten with uncooked food like raw vegetables n even fruits. They r unhealthy combinations. Raw salads n cooked food do not go together. Sàlads r eaten alone so also fruits an hour before lunch. But in yr videos u do mix up a variety whether it be cooked, raw, fruits, nuts. How does one go about with these things?
