Cute house just the right size and those shutters add curb appeal. I like the floor plan that offers a dining room and breakfast nook. Nice large windows give plenty of natural light. Useful double corner kitchen sink (that's good when you prefer to hand wash rather than use a dish washer) and plenty of drawers and cupboards. Good sized bedrooms and closets. Overall, a nice home at a low price.
This is a very nice house. I wonder if you didn't want the breakfast nook you could move the kitchen down a little and have a little bigger dining area and bedroom on that side of the house. Really like the master bedroom bathroom
I think this is a great option for a single person, young married couple or even an empty nesters. Kitchen and living room are nice size and plenty of room for that big screen.
I think that is the nicest small house you’ve shown us, Nate! The layout is open, but not too open, since the kitchen is off to the side of the dining area and not part of the living room. And that kitchen is perfect with the many wooden cabinets and drawers, and the breakfast nook in the back of it!!! We’d like the patio door off of the dining room as an option. And we’d probably add a front porch to it also. The price was very affordable, so it will help with the add-ons we’d like to include. Thanks Nate, and I hope you and your son, Raydon, have a Merry Christmas🎄
I’d definitely upgrade those countertops, they are not only dark but not good quality either, had them in my old house. The layout was ok otherwise. I’d do the vinyl or LVP throughout the entire space though and use the breakfast nook as an extension of the “mud room” and pet space (litter box). I guess I’d need to trek it somewhat to make it my taste.
I can't say I'm overly enthused with this home. It really lacked storage space in most areas other than the kitchen. I did like the kitchen overall, both with the colors in the previous version and the current one. I was trying to figure out how to use the breakfast nook, but nothing practical other than a pet area came to me. Seeing as how the dining area is so small, I would choose to move the kitchen down a bit and enlarge the dining room. The living room worked much better in terms of TV placement for me than many other homes. Yes, the vents are on the floor, but if the furniture was elevated a little, one could put a small deflector on the vents to direct the heat into the room. I really didn't like the master suite. Very little space for furniture. I prefer a smaller double sink vanity than the one in there. I like the fact that the toilet wasn't in a closet, but was tucked to the side. I would opt for a shower/tub combo over a shower alone. For the size and the price, the home IS nice, but it just doesn't really work all that well for me with the furniture I have, although, realistically, it is just me, so I could make it work with some modifications and creativity. Also, NO wire shelves.
Albany, Oregon!! My literal neighbor over here in Eugene!! I mean, I am eventually moving to West Virginia where my family is, but I’ve been wanting to visit lots to do some “window shopping”. ❤❤❤
I think the only things I would do different and this particular one is since the Nook is so little I would just have them take the kitchen and push it all the way down toward that Nook and then have my dining room area bigger where are those cabinets are that makes that turn I would take those out and expand my bedroom closet
Why it seem like they got the vents in the living room where the tv or tv stand would go, in each wall lol.. It would seem they would move both them over some, that way their not in line with the wall and where a tv would gon
This home is so beautiful and the layout is so nice. And very affordable. Thank you 😊
Love the kitchen and the natural color wood of the cabinets
This is a great little home. For a family of 4 and under, perfect.
Ok, I'm inlove with this home! Exactly what I want

They did good with use of space in order to give you a dining room and a nook in a home this size.

Very nice home would like if they were closer or in Cali
I would see if Homes Direct can get this. Chance has been showing some Clayton homes from Homes Direct down there.

Good, I'll have some homes for you to check out when I get back from my trip to Louisville. I'm going to WV for 2 days while I am over there.
@NatesHomeTours Perfect!! I can’t wait!!

Are these available anywhere is the US? I live in Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh.
You can find the floor plan on Clayton's website. So, potentially it can be built anywhere. Ask your local Clayton dealer.
This is such a bad dream. It looks so cheap.
