Love this home. The kitchen is beautiful. I'd do an archway into the family room. Beautiful primary bath. Wish the primary bedroom was a little bigger. But I'd take it without my changes. Thank you for the tour!!
Gorgeous! I'd change the colour of the appliances and sink. Black is a dust magnet. Tonnes of storage. I'd like a removable shower head in the master bathroom and a bench. And I'd like to see how it would work as a three bedroom with the same square footage. That would be perfect for me 😊
I love the tours with a den/ family room. The floor plan is nice, but to me the bedroom with the shelves definitely needs its original closet with a rod for clothing. Thanks for the tour Nate, great job!!!

Very nice home with so many high end finishes! Great floor plan with wonderful features such as attractive countertops, flooring, closets, pantry, and windows; but I would prefer wood cabinets and not white. White seems to be a new fad, yet people don’t realize how hard it is to keep them looking clean. All was fantastic, except the price plus extra fees would be a bit high for us~Thanks for sharing this special home🤗
I love this home I have to say I really like this home a lot the only thing I would have them change well actually I take that back the only two things I would have them change and they're really not even that big of a deal is that closet I would just have them add that on to that pantry and then where the walk-in pantry is I would turn that into a walk-in closet with storage for like Christmas decorations and other storage needs Plus I would put hanging bars up there for coats. And then when you go into the hallway for the bedrooms I'd get rid of that carpet right there and have them continue the flooring into that little hallway before it goes into the bathroom and bedrooms but that's the only two major changes I would do. And then my other question I would have is instead of having that as an open crawl space I think I would have them do it as a half foundation and then underneath the tag make that into a full basement with the crawl space access in the basement part. Then that way they could get rid of that little hatch door in the closet
I just love this home!! When I seen where the access for the crawl space was I was not impressed why would they put it in the middle of the closet where I can step on it or stub my toe? Maybe you could request it be moved along the wall under the hanging close. I don’t know but I really liked it.
And then the only other question I have is how well-built are kit homes do they come as comparable as Deer Valley homes cuz I know you and chance talk very highly about the Deer Valley homes is the manufacturing in quality as good or better than the Deer Valley

Your idea about the pocket door for the bathroom and shower bench would be great. Without carpet the house would be perfect.

If you add the full size pantry there is a spot set aside for the freezer
