LOVE this home and still believe Solitaire builds the Best manufactured homes, only drawback is the limited area in which you may get one. Thanks for the tour!
That's really, really nice. I'd change the colour of the wood in the kitchen and the appliances. I would prefer to have a cabinet instead of the 'his' sink. One sink is enough for a couple. Very nice home
Very very nice. I would remove the over lap of the island. Make more room. Love the primary bedroom. Don't need the 2nd sink in primary bath. I'd consider this. Love the price. Thanks for the tour.
For a single wide it’s well made and quite surprisingly spacious. Just don’t care for living room being right next to the kitchen, because that’s way too open for me!!! However, I might be able to afford to add a wall for that amazing price!!! Thanks Nate😊
@@donnapeterson5933 I was going to say if it was me I like the floor plan normally I don't like these type of floor plans I prefer more of the kitchen living room then the bedrooms on one end but if it was me I would opt in to have the additional 4 ft added on to the length and that way it would space out that kitchen and living room a little bit more
I grew up in a mobile home where the hot water access was outside, I’ve continued to wonder why manufacturers stopped doing this. Good to see it still exists.
I wish the kitchen was on the other side and the inland was longer the sink is shallow. Can you get a tub shower combo in master bedroom . Really nice.
My oh my goodness I remember buying a 2000 square foot double wide for 62k, fireplace, small island, nice master bedroom and bathroom with soaking tub and shower and big closet… my have prices increased… This is a great home…, could be a great retirement home… Thanks Nate…
This is the only single wide I'd consider. Love bedrooms,my concern tubs in bathrooms, have you noticed no over flow valves. Bath tub appears normal size not MH short. Good price, upgrade cabinets.love flooring. Thank you.
I wonder if you can have the Vince moved to the perimeter of the Home Instead right there in the middle and I wonder if the kitchen cabinets can be upgraded with drawers over doors
I lived in one that was like this one and it was 4 bedroom 2 bathroom the front bedroom was smaller to get the 4 bedroom in the Master bedroom had a smaller closed and bigger bathroom and no inland or dining room
I went on a quest to find other 18' wides, awhile back. I ran across some Solitaires 18' wide videos on youtube from 6 years ago I believe, and they were not anywhere NEAR as nice as this. Its safe to say their base level of quality seems to have gone up. I think there are a few things I might add to spice it up a bit but for around 100 it seems like a decently nice little home and not quite as much of a ripoff as some smaller doublewides.
I have seen some single wides that were 20 ft wide by 84 in length and those are amazing. But I don't know who the manufacturer of room was they were up north
@@NatesHomeTours yeah actually they have one up north I want to believe it's in Wisconsin if I'm not mistaken I'll see if I can find the video again. I don't know why an additional two feet would make a difference here in the United States. But it does make a difference on the inside of the home. I know also that they can go up to 80 ft in length actually 84 cuz you got to consider the hitch but I don't know why they can't go 20 in the width of the home
get rid of the island and put the vents along the perimeter not in the middle of the floor where ya gunna step on them but the price aint too bad we all seen smaller for more.
I like the tape and texture and the 1200 Sq Ft. It's a large roomy house. The designer did a good job with this floor plan

More builders should push to be able to provide these 18 wides all over.
I like this floor plan far, far better than so many other 18 foot wide single wides!! 😊
Very impressive. Just from watching this video, you forget you're looking at a single wide. It has more of a feeling of a double wide.
Nice size bedrooms. Nice size front room and island. Nice dining area.
That's really, really nice. I'd change the colour of the wood in the kitchen and the appliances. I would prefer to have a cabinet instead of the 'his' sink. One sink is enough for a couple. Very nice home
I would want the tub shower combo in master bath.
I love it. The first thing I would do is put a wood burning fireplace with an entertainment center and shelves built around it in the living room.
Very very nice. I would remove the over lap of the island. Make more room. Love the primary bedroom. Don't need the 2nd sink in primary bath. I'd consider this. Love the price. Thanks for the tour.

This one I would definitely buy.
I grew up in a mobile home where the hot water access was outside, I’ve continued to wonder why manufacturers stopped doing this. Good to see it still exists.
I've always thought it was a good idea to have that set up as well.
Wow it looks beautiful and I want to have it😊
I would prefer an 18 X 76 single wide over a double wide.
That's good to know thanks Nate
Now that,s a huge home super sweet

Nate 18 wide is big. The only things I didn’t like was where the water heater was, the front door opens into the hallway and the primary shower
That island. Would have to go
This home is super nice!
I love the 18 by 80 but here in West Virginia they are not permitted.
Our windy roads make delivery unsafe.
This has more room than my house. Not bad.

I guess I havent been looking to see of there is one. I just assumed there was.

It's something the dealer would know. Most homes do have cabinet options though.

They are nicer because Kabco bought them out a couple years back and now they offer better designs with the same 100 year quality.
@@davidmatney8638 Oh that would definitely make sense then!
I think the other thing I would do is right there in the hallway I'd have them put a little coat closet right there that would be perfect
I haven’t seen an 18 foot wide single before and the size was impressive. My first place was a single wide and definitely not as nice as this home.
I have seen some single wides that were 20 ft wide by 84 in length and those are amazing. But I don't know who the manufacturer of room was they were up north
I know they can go 20 foot in Canada, but I have never heard of one in the US.
Nothing over 18 is allowed in the US but Canada can go to 22.

Also I was wondering can they do vinyl siding instead of the board look on the outside
Most likely, and would probably cost less.

Get rid of the third bedroom so living room could be longer.
