I dont know how long ago i did this routine but from that time to this time the routine has become much easier, im having my first fight in 5 days so i figured id give this a try
Thanks so much for this! I’ve only been doing Muay Thai for a month now, but struggle when it comes to the foot work and technique this really helps me move everyday and get used to the conditioning and training much appreciated!!
Mr. Fagan, Thank you for making a video that's simple, informative and fundamental based. There's no way I can afford to train in Thailand or top gyms in USA. But your knowledge shared allows me to advance my skill set and get in shape. I believe any craft is mastered by perfecting the basics. Your video incorporates technical basics with a brisk pace. Thank you, Godspeed and I'm looking forward to more videos.
EDIT: Man I am sweating! that was epic, thank you so much for putting this out there, it so valuable now, especially with the second lockdown (UK). I feel so good after that. Fantastic, I know what I'm doing tonight!
Ok. It took me a while but now, after doing a 15 min HIIT Muay Thai workout that ends with like 3 min of more HIIT conditioning, I can jump straight for like 3 min. Been training to literally do this workout . Will let you know now it goes.

Gotta say though, thank fuck i trained your vids and thank the great Muay Thai gods I got into skipping ages ago. You da man Sean. I will do this work out now on days when I cant make it to the gym. Fuckin A bro
My goal is to get better at the skipping routine each time I do this. Flat footed so I find skipping on the ball of my feet difficult. Good personal challenge. Great stamina workout this is. Awesome.
Been following you for a few months. I followed to the end but the planks and burpees ruined my day, and I workout daily and have for years. Obviously not hard enough. Great video. I'm going to lay on the garage floor for a bit. Greetings from the Midlands, England.
Thank you brother. It was the best motivational workout so far. I was thinking about my girlfriend before my eyes, whom I wanna protect. Grateful for you! Keep up good work man!

Thank you so much sir...amazing teaching❤
Thanks, Sean!
Mr. Fagan,
Thank you for making a video that's simple, informative and fundamental based.
That means so much. Thanks for the kind words! 👊🙏
Killer workout man.
I still love this one champ 👏
Thanks for watching!
EDIT: Man I am sweating! that was epic, thank you so much for putting this out there, it so valuable now, especially with the second lockdown (UK). I feel so good after that.
Fantastic, I know what I'm doing tonight!
Fuck yeah bro! ✊✊✊ glad you liked it!
Ok. It took me a while but now, after doing a 15 min HIIT Muay Thai workout that ends with like 3 min of more HIIT conditioning, I can jump straight for like 3 min. Been training to literally do this workout . Will let you know now it goes.
please do bro! 🙏
@@seanfagan Well my dude. I have joined a muay thai gym here in Singapore finally a year after doing your workouts and more. Here I thought I was ready but still gassing out. Hahahaha. Gotta say though, thank fuck i trained your vids and thank the great Muay Thai gods I got into skipping ages ago. You da man Sean. I will do this work out now on days when I cant make it to the gym. Fuckin A bro
Good stuff. Still an extremely valuable video. 👍🏾👏🏾
I can't make it to Muay Thai today and I'm sad 😭 so I'm looking forward to trying this!
My goal is to get better at the skipping routine each time I do this. Flat footed so I find skipping on the ball of my feet difficult. Good personal challenge. Great stamina workout this is. Awesome.
This is a great tutorial! Thx!
greay workout, will be so cool you do more 60min workout like this, do this one 3 time and enjoy each time.
Thank you for giving us motivation
You are so welcome!

Not me falling over my invisible jump rope
It happens to the best of us
Been following you for a few months.
