So, channelling JOB, what specifically do you dislike about him? Is it the way he asks really basic questions that should have equally basic answers, but are so often answered with gibberish?
Sarcastic, snarkey side remarks no meant to be heard by the person he's interviewing, impatience, interrupting rudely and constantly, sarcastic, sighing at every opportunity. He is no interested in truth, he is playing 'gotcha'.
If you ask a question and then say its a simple yes or no answer without allowing who you are asking to explain why it isn't as simple as that, but when he tries to explain and is spoken over with JOB shouting "it's yes or no!" , and most other points aren't allowed to be completed because JOB is too concerned about being right on his radio but not concerned about understanding why he is wrong (or at least why his guest thinks he's wrong).
I can't stand the way he'll make a claim, not knowing whether it's true or not, as long as it suits his narrative... Then when challanged and told he's wrong he quickly changes subject. See his call with Sammy on Trumps Travel ban for proof.

Not back to when I was working there, teachers and management staff were absolutely bricking it, that they'll not be able to afford replacement computers, ipads, that apprenticeships to get people into teaching and into schools to help kids get a better education that I would've loved to have had when I was that age.
