Whatever happened to the notion of patriotism? Johnson liked to compare himself with Churchill. He's not fit to lick his boots
Very true. When Churchill messed up the Dardanelles campaign in WW1, he enlisted in the Army and went to fight in the trenches for several weeks.
Meanwhile 8+ children are seeking dna tests in the hope they prove that Johnson is not their father after all!
Another Johnson, the one born in Lichfield more than a few years ago, famously said something about Patriotism being the last refuge of a scoundrel.
Goodness, he certainly foresaw the current Johnson's modus operandi by more than a few hundred years.
Consider too, our current Johnson was born in the US of A, so in theory BoJo could lawfully run for President. Hold that ghastly thought. He certainly bears comparison with Biden's immediate predecessor! A can of Bright Orange skin dye, and who could tell them apart?
Same whiny lie too. To quote K Williams "Infamy ! Infamy ! They've all got it in for me!
Kunesberg is a joke. Sums up the BBC for me.
You can understand why the BBC is pro Tory, the BBC board is infested with ex-Tory ministers, lords and MPs. Kuensberg is a conservative voter and supporter, for as long as her BBC contract lasts. Andrew Marr was ordered to "take it easy" on Tory ministers and MPs', but he had to attack all Labour MPs' and policies, all in the name of anti-bias, you honestly couldn't make it up.
It's owned by Tories and will soon be privatised.

Well said James. When all is said and done, it comes down to honesty, integrity, ethics and morality - none of which apply or remotely relate to Boris and these repugnant Tories!!!!!!!
We’ll be saying the same about Labour in ten years, and the circle will continue. I’ve no love for the tories, but if you think it will change much when Labour get in, it won’t. Labour will have the same problem the tories have, there’s not enough going in to fund this country’s needs. They might increase taxes to the wealthy, but will gloss over the consequences. Honesty, integrity, ethics, and morality are pushed out of political parties be they left or right. Maybe it’ll be different this time, we can only hope.
@@mtrhodesy Agreed - we can only hope that at some point someone sees the real need for change.

@PEdulis It's the manner in which and the real reason (as opposed to his stated reason) for which he did it, that make it worth making a fuss about.
That said, what he's done is totally in keeping with his character, so maybe it shouldn't register any more than any other day in the life of this narcisistic clown...
