I connected them to my 12v accessories port. This is a switched power source so they only come on with the truck running. So far no problems both seats work great!
@@bannyvongphachanh3971 Oh man I’m Sorry I’m not 100% sure. Usually the red wires would be connected there and the yellow should be to a constant power source. If they are the same as aftermarket radio wiring anyway. 🤷🏻♂️
It has a solid piece of metal rod holding it down side to side. But I did not want the entire seam loose and baggy so I opted to make that hole instead.
@@turbostoybox2182 the metal rod is held down by two hog rings, one on each side of the metal rod. You don't have to cut the middle section, you just remove the hog rings and you can take the cover off completely.

Did u hook up the red and black wire with the terminals to the battery?

The kit I ordered has two red wire, a black wire, and a yellow wire. So two red would hooked up there?

So the seam on the base wasn't hogringed to the base?
