One of the best parts is every fight is contained in a single episode no cliffhangers so every fight feels fulfilled by the end of each episode and every thing feels like it has impact, characters stumble and reel from blows they don’t just immediately recover. I love how great they did on this aspect alone.

Idk about animated stuff but there's a lot of manga of the top of my head that could be amazing contenders. I hope the Sakamoto Days amime is good, the fights are so well choreographed in the manga but it would be really hard to do them justice.
Five Elements of fog hill has a great fight choreography it’s mainly focused on hand to hand with occasional manipulation to elemental abilities the use of environment is small but other than that it’s pretty ight
I think Rwby has pretty good fight coreography, can't say it's better than castelvania, but I hope you give it a shot. The animation, the anime is a bit lacking in some fights I think.
I stopped watching around season 4. Not cause I think it's bad, but I just got distracted by other stuff and have kept forgetting to get back to it ever since 😂 maybe this will serve as a reminder
finally. if no one said this i was going to. unlimited blade works had some of the most clean fights ever. close second for me would be Final Fantasy 7 advent children complete. the score of the final sephiroth fight with the scenes was perfect.
Castlevania is extraordinarily strong-I would suggest that Netflix’s Arcane offers a worthy opponent in fight choreo, though! I think they capture the fatigue of being in a fight particularly well; one thing that’s always stuck with me is the breathing the characters do in fights, with their whole bodies, struggling to get enough air in to keep going
Maybe not fights at the level of Castlevania. But Kengan Asura is top tier hand to hand choreography with so many martial arts. The CGI is not for everyone but when it gets going you can follow the flow of the fights. It also has an element of uncertanty because you can't always predict who wins the match. The manga and the sequels have the cleanest, most impresive panels I have ever read.
While I love how Isaac was changed (Instead of a deranged murderer he is now a calm, loyal follower of Dracula) I hate how they did my boy Hector dirty. I think that having him betray Dracula just because he was seduced is a bad choice; Maybe having his wife killed by monsters (Or when Dracula destroyed the city which name I can't really remember) making it his motive to betray him, and then having a discussion with the new, awesome version of Isaac about him betraying their master would have been gold. While Hector would try to explain that he wanted revenge because he lost his wife (Just like Dracula), Isaac now wants to kill him for losing his master, emphasizing how the cycle of vengeance works.
Not because he was seduced exactly, but rather because he was naïve and easy for the coven to manipulate. I do agree that Hector was done dirty though, not getting to have fights.
demon slayer / jujutsu kaisen / Darker then black, like i love castlevania but its not even top 10 for fight scenes its also a really short show compared to most with only a few good fights sprinkled in the show.

Animating whip choreography must be hard af, it must have been a challenge to make it look as awesome and ye grounded as they did
The new show Wind breaker probably has some of the cleanest hand to hand ive have seen, but lacks the flash of other Shonen types.
To me, it’s “Fog Hill of Five Elements”. It’s fights are fluid, fast paced and absolutely chaotic. It’s a work of art for sure.

For me its the fate serie. Truly has some great fight too. (Well theres a lot to choose from this franchise x)

jujustu kaisen fights are crazy
I want to say the show, windbreakers and solo leveling probably got the nicest cleaners fight moves. I’ve seen in a long time.
