Andy skating through the city is like the unrealistic portrayal of skating in 90s movies, where the whole city is a line, and they do handrails just to get from point a to b.

8:36 Andy's spontaneously creative improvisation and innovation with random street stuff is quite simply unmatched in the history of skateboarding. It's these creative elements that constantly surprise and entertain in an extremely refreshing way.
I came here to the comments to find this; I’d argue that Andy is the closest skater ever to the spirit of Mark G’s skating. The spontaneity & freedom they command while on these wooden toys we all so love is nothing short of the miraculous in motion
His stamina is next level!! Nka was dieing and he is in great shape and he was not popping tricks every 30 seconds!!! I am absolutely blown away!!!
Andy is the type that leaves no stone unturned. He doesn’t just skate he studies the basics with a very old-school mindset. Once you master the fundamentals like Andy has the rest flows like second nature. It’s not that he’s the best skater doing all the hardest or most dangerous tricks. He just see’s things steps ahead N makes it look effortless. His mind is what separates him from the rest of the pack. I really dig that he stretches and wears the helmet. Dudes a true asset to the skate community or people in general. Gotta protect him at all cost.
yeah he is like a really good musician that doesn't have to show off by playing the fastest and highest notes - instead he has impeccable flow/style.

Andy, you are the most creative skater I've ever seen. In my opinion your the best, your style is on a whole nother level. Watching you ride for the first time, around a year ago motivated me to go out and get a deck. Haven't rode in 12 years but it's coming back. I'm older so it's alot different. I grew up on 411 videos and ccs magazine. Love the vibes, and the energy you put out. You have a bright future ahead of you. Thanks you bro, because of you im in better health and my life has purpose.

That is one of the most difficult flip tricks to do.

This clip is soooo street. Pure riding and enjoying simple obstacles. Brings back very fond memories for me in the 80s early 90s. Super impressed with whatever Andy’s set up is…wheels and bearings on the NY streets and still looks smooth and fast enough
