yeah all great but 20 mins cooldown? why ever took it for a one use only 2 at max idk....
i agree should be a similar cooldown and max use as the orbital laser or Atleast exp suit

How do you find the kill radius on leaked stratagems and current?
Keep on standing closer and closer until you die
Ping it and it well tell you the distance you survive you know how far you die you know how close simple math man algebra and geometry

Take this with a grain of salt, a lot of it might not even release ever. Those huge explosion might be cool but they will most definitely be on a very long cooldown or have only a few use per mission
it said 1200 sec cooldown. thats 20 min. seems balanced to me.
What armor set is he wearing?

i imagine a single use thing, to be fair there are usually 1-2 big outposts on diff 9, you could nuke 1 ez pz, and laser the second bam ez 5 stars
Cool down is 20 minutes so the intent is probably twice a mission. Shorter mission types and you can only use once.
20 min cooldown with just 50 meters and still restricted by the terrain? Nah, I'm good.
