Never said you shouldn't know anything. Say you want to learn tennis , get a bit of knowledge (how to hold racket for example) then practice. You should avoid the trap of over-learning. It's very common in the self help industry that intelligent people make the excuse of : "I need to learn more" , when they already know how to hold the racket and yet they start learning how to aim their shots before they've learned to hit the ball in practice. This is procrastination.

Actually my exams are postponed due to recent increase in cases in Delhi, I am currently wasting my time 🙃
I think I followed this plan for a day, and didn't touch the history book till February. 😔

- I'm going to be writing a book for six hours.
- I won't sleep during the day.

Its a simple question, you can do those things just by doing them.
I will exercice Sun till Fri every morning after waking up. I will read at least 10 pages of NASM book everyday before noon.
1. I will take over the world.
2. I will then take over the solar system.
3. I will then take over the galaxy.
-I will read medicine books every day during my vacations
- i will quite any distracting devices tomorrow
I am going to finish the piece of writing that I am on by 8 O'clock today.
I will start on the next writing task after 8pm for half an hour.
Tommorrow I'll hit the gym at 10:30 Am
