Great advice again Conor. The message is always amplified by your likeability as a person. Being a coach is not really on my radar, other than coaching myself to change, but who knows in future! I am learning to change my beliefs as to what's possible for me to achieve in life. Your videos are definitely part of the mix!

I've heard once quote "Can't fake the shake" - related to weight lifting. Meaning: you can't fake when you can't push any more. That shake, when body gives up, body will tel you, not your mind.

Conor, this is a brilliant video episode. Words cannot describe the nuts and bolts that you've expanded on Maister's wisdom. This one piece of advice alone is worth a million dollars in change management and coaching. Thank you, thank you for taking the time to share this practical wisdom. "Can you just take one step?" ... the killer question.

This is actually super good advice, the other people say you gotta fight and go through pain and sorrow and suffer and all that but really, you’re point of stopping is if you can’t physically put one more foot forward. Just one more little step is way easier to comprehend than the vast future ahead. Thanks for sharing I got a lot out of this

I want and want. I slack so hard and want so much. In the end every fail I had was me not pushing myself hard enough. The saying nothing is impossible. Is very true. When you really use your mind that god gave you. It's insane what you can accomplish. I've been so fucking lazy and complaining and bitching. Bunker down and hide out if you have to. Do small goals to get to your big goal. The best fail is believing in your failure. Change your attitude and look at it as a lesson. It could be anything from losing weight a job to get more money a girl. It's already in your head and you know what to do. Just do it. God gave you that. The evil is easily and easier to do and slack off. I let laziness control me. It ruined my life. The truth is money is garbage. Health and confidence and believe in yourself rules all. A very strong confident mind can walk the earth and get everything it wants like a jedi knight. When you find yourself you really dont need nothing. Food? Your not here to eat . You only need a bit to survive. Money wealth ? Do you really need that much? It would be nice to live the life of a billionaire, truth is , why. The best feeling you will get is to give to others in need. We live in a world that makes people sad and feel like there left out of something we are missing. We aren't missing nothing. The truth is. We are missing and we forgot what family and friends. The value of them is priceless. I lost everything. Health and confidence in yourself and knowing who you truly are in your heart is everything. Ive seen the worst and best in people. The best I've seen is the most broken down people give more then take. I've been rich I've been poor. What's crazy is when I had nothing I gave more. When I had to much I didnt want to give. In the end I realize. Give it all away. As a human it sickens me what we become. I love the usa. We have so much people dont realize how good we have it here. I'm ranting lol. To many drinks . I got stuck on this. Any way we are all blessed. It's all in your mind. No dream is impossible keep pushing forward. Everything will pass. Good times bad times. In the end be happy to be alive and the world around you. I think we focus on the bad times more then the good. Turn your tv off and hug your niehbor. Your community. Stay awake. Anyway it's all in your mind . Use it dont lose it. They attack your mind everyday because they know how powerful it is. You are a god in yourself use it. Pray for peace

A parallel example is how we are losing our ability to READ, now it is hard for us to read a BOOK for more than 10-15 minutes because we are used to the instantaneous immediacy of screens...
