Thank you for the extremely detailed video, I don't ordinarily watch 30min videos without pausing, however the points you were bringing were clicking in my head,. I've been there before and I am there right now. I will check out the other video as well, thank you again.
Man, YOU'VE BEEN CHANGING MY LIFE! I know you just started posting a few months back. But the quality of your videos is insane! Best content for my pivot years in starting to work on my own. Amazing editing. Just.. deep appreciation! ❤ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Best wishes from Triest, Boštjan
Great great video, I really like your content as a whole please keep it going! Could you please do a video or point out a video on how to do difficult things that you do not feel like doing. You have covered it in this framework, but a deeper dive might be very useful for increasing productivity as day-to-day we often sadly have to do tasks that suck, like the study that you mentioned. Of course, ideally, we can change this over time, but day to day it can be difficult to just get rid of these talks if that makes sense. So a video on how to do these soul-sucking tasks would be amazing.
3 things that helped me and literally changed my life 1. I stopped watching porn 2. I read the book called ‘25 Money Secrets From Donald Trump’ 3. Stop drinking
5 intrinsic motivators that keep you motivated, keep you in the flow state: 1) Curiosity: The insatiable urge to learn, a book you cannot put down. 2) Purpose. You make sacrifices because the work is something you care about/passionate about. 3) Mastery: Pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement, the musician who practices after the concert. 4) Autotelicity: The Love of the work you do it just because you love it even if you did not get paid. 5) Autonomy: The feel of being in control of the when, how, and what of your work. To sum up: You need to be in control of a passionate objective in which you want to become supremely accomplished.
You have access to all the information in the world. Learn what u want to learn yourself and then implement it to your knowledge which you get from university. All kind of intel can be useful, you just need to find out how)
Don't fall into the fallacy that your value is tied solely to the knowledge you gain from school. You were already valuable before you were born; school merely exposes you to information that you choose to retain and learn from later. Regardless, you will achieve great things. Don't be foolish enough to measure your worth by someone else's standards.
I'm the same but I really love the improvement parts. In the end of the day as a businessman I still have to do tons of things I don't feel like doing naturally. It's a good part and inescapable in life, but I turn it into mastery into a monk life. Learn how to gain internal motivation, like a monk that goes to meditation not because he wants to sit down hours on end every day but to master the universe inside of him.
Dropped out of my PhD 10 years ago and joined industry. Your success story is inspiring me to start my own research lab. I don't know how I'll make it work but I'm super excited!
Dopamine Enigma Unveiled seriously blew my mind. Learning about dopamine optimization and detox completely changed how I approach productivity and focus. Has anyone else here tried applying these techniques? The section on unlocking peak mental performance was a game-changer for me!
Past 8 days I'm so productive because of this video. I just used 1 hr youtube in the past 9 days and spent more than 70 hrs studying I'm entering flow I'm enjoying it ty to you I do not scroll any more . This video was really helpful. I've already seen it 3 times may be in future I'll see this again . Im really thankful to you.
Finally, a video where how my brain is operating is totally explained. I knew there was more to what I was going through, rather than just being labeled just can’t follow through.
I love “UA-cam University” but this is one of the best videos I’ve seen. Excellent, inspiring, needed as I launch my new biz and working harder than ever. I feel affirmed that my purpose and desire for mastery are high. My curiosity and autonomy fluctuate as I have to learn things I don’t always want to and do often feel under pressure. Autotelicity feels lowest but definitely present at times. Sometimes sheer willpower and discipline + remembering extrinsic motivators are needed to start, then the momentum increases in these intrinsic motivators to keep going.
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🧠 There's a hidden motivation switch in the brain stronger than money, praise, or fame. 00:14 🚀 Flow states can be accessed at will, leading to greater productivity and engagement. 00:42 ⏰ Many struggle with procrastination and lack of motivation daily, feeling disappointed at the day's end. 01:25 🔄 The issue is not just a lack of motivation but lacking the right type of motivation. 01:54 ⛽ There are two types of motivation: extrinsic (external rewards) and intrinsic (inner drive). Extrinsic motivation is temporary, while intrinsic is more lasting and self-sustaining. 02:49 🌟 Intrinsic motivation is like fusion energy; it's efficient, self-sustaining, and makes hard tasks feel easy. 03:17 🚀 Extrinsic motivation can jumpstart endeavors, but intrinsic motivation provides the sustained push. 03:30 🔧 To enhance motivation, focus on five intrinsic motivators: curiosity, mastery, autotelic purpose, autonomy, and purpose. 04:27 🧩 Curiosity drives an insatiable need to learn, while purpose provides a deeper meaning to the work. 05:38 🎯 Mastery is the pursuit of excellence; autotelic activities are done for their inherent pleasure. 07:03 🔑 Autonomy provides a sense of control in one's work, ensuring the work feels like one's own. 07:46 🔄 Identifying and aligning intrinsic motivators can lead to significant career and personal shifts. 08:55 💡 When all intrinsic motivators align, they release performance-enhancing neurochemicals and reduce cognitive load. 09:26 🌀 Intrinsic motivators enhance focus and drive, leading to flow states, which further amplify motivation. 09:53 🔄 Intrinsic motivation feeds flow, which in turn feeds back into intrinsic motivation, creating a virtuous cycle of unstoppable drive. 10:08 🚀 Titans of industry like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos have sustained motivation for decades due to this cycle. 10:20 🧠 Figures like Einstein and Marie Curie were driven by their intense intrinsic motivations, leading to groundbreaking discoveries. 10:35 🏆 Athletes like Michael Jordan and Serena Williams' achievements highlight the power of intrinsic motivators when maxed out. 11:04 🔍 Curiosity: An urge not just to know but to deeply understand. Where the mind drifts often reveals one's curiosity. 11:46 🎯 Mastery: The endless pursuit of improvement. It's about acquiring new skills and the biochemical pleasure from progression. 12:56 💖 Autotelicity (Audicity): When work feels like play and what you're doing feels like the most important thing. 13:23 🌎 Purpose: Tying your work to a cause or mission greater than yourself, leading to increased persistence and motivation. 14:05 🤲 Autonomy: The sense of ownership and freedom in your tasks. It's about having a say in your actions without external constraints. 14:47 📊 To harness the power of these motivators, identify where you currently stand with each and optimize them. 15:27 📚 Curiosity can be enhanced by seeing direct results from learning and immediate feedback. 16:52 🎼 Mastery requires deliberate practice, pushing oneself to the edge of their comfort zone. 18:01 🎮 For Audicity, focus on what you're naturally good at; strengths lead to flow and eventually love for the activity. 19:10 ❤️ A clear purpose boosts both motivation and job satisfaction. It's crucial to identify tasks that align with one's life mission. 19:24 ✍️ For autonomy, reflect on the degree of freedom and ownership you felt in the past month to evaluate its presence in your life. 19:38 🧠 The feeling of autonomy at work relates to the degree of control and choice one has. 19:52 🔄 Two ways to increase autonomy: perceptual and literal. 20:05 🖼️ Shift your perspective and view current tasks as a stepping stone in a bigger plan. 20:33 📈 Even low-autonomy jobs can be framed as learning opportunities for bigger future goals. 20:47 💪 Gain "Fu autonomy" by acquiring skills, networks, and knowledge that offer flexibility and choice in one's career. 21:14 🏃 Having options boosts confidence, allowing you to leave unsatisfying roles without fear. 21:29 🔍 Concentrate on areas of your work that you can fully control to feel more autonomous. 21:56 📊 Aim to boost each intrinsic motivator and adjust based on life's changes and challenges. 22:25 ❤️ High intrinsic motivation leads to greater work passion, even amidst life's hurdles. 23:05 ⛓️ Relying solely on extrinsic motivation can make you a slave to external rewards and fears. 23:19 🚀 When intrinsic motivation takes over, you're less influenced by external pressures. 23:46 🧘♂️ Strive to become a "Zen Warrior" - detached from externalities but deeply engaged in your work. 24:01 🌊 True motivation arises when you immerse yourself in the flow of work, irrespective of external influences. There's so much value distilled and compressed in these 25 minutes of content, that it's evident a lot of work and effort has been put into it. So thank you for making this available.
One idea: when I see videos like this they always talk about what people that achieved success had in common, but this can be miss leading, making a study about all the people that failed is as much as important
The crazy thing is that people who achieved success *are* the ones who failed most. Someone who is successful has failed, and failed, and failed even more than someone who had not achieved success! I do like your comment though, it kinda reminds me of Survivorship Bias!
Feel Lucky. You're alive. The universe could stop existing at any moment, but you're still here. Once you feel lucky, it's easier to "do" things, although, you're not really "doing things" at that point. You're just experiencing what's it's like to be lucky. The luckier you feel, the free-er you are to "do" the things that you suggest to yourself... and, as a result, the more you accomplish.
I rarely, if ever, comment on UA-cam videos, but this one compelled me to make an exception. Without exaggeration, it stands out as the most insightful and well-crafted video I’ve encountered on this platform. The depth of knowledge conveyed in just 25 minutes is remarkable, and I’m profoundly grateful for both discovering it and for the immense effort you put into creating something of this caliber. What impressed me most was not just the richness of the content but the seamlessness of the entire presentation. Every transition felt natural, and the narrative flow was masterful, culminating in a cohesive and engaging storyline. The 25 minutes flew by, a testament to how captivating and thoughtfully constructed this video is. Truly outstanding work-thank you for sharing it with the world.
That's insane! Everything you are saying I experienced in my dreams. And now I am stumbling on the facts and putting together the meaning of things I did not know but subconciously. Vivid dreams are indeed a window, a realm into the human soul. Specially recurring vivid dreams.
Love this Rian! Purpose is extremely powerful. It took me years to find mine and I attribute my addiction to cheap dopamine to this. When you constantly desenstize your brain with these instant gratification activities, it becomes harder to pick up on the things in your daily life that you actually love to do. Learning to control myself has recovered my brain's reward system and this made me find my purpose. Like you explained in the video, this truly unlocks unlimited motivation. It seems to others like I'm working all day but it feels to me like I'm playing all day.
There's a book called Hidden Time Wealth, and it talks about how using some secret techniques, you can overcome procrastination and accomplish anything in life. It's not just a bunch of empty promises; it's the real deal.
@@IUU5II the serect technique is when you search the book name on google then you see theirs website selling ebook. if you buy it the ebook they have money.
Due to the fact that I’m trying to learn game development and programming this is exactly what I’ve been needing I love programming and creating things sometimes even more then gaming and stuff my main barrier to entry was focus and learning how to work without getting distracted so i can pour myself into what I love to do great videos and needless to say they will be of great use
You are probably the only UA-cam channel that made me watch all of your previous videos because every video you do is meaningful. Now I never skip a video because you are the best source of information about productivity there is on UA-cam.
I almost skipped over this video and I am so grateful I didn't. Amazing context, insight, and advise. I was immediately struck with how I could implement this in myself, my family's life, and for my staff. Thank you for the time spent on this video, it's changed my viewpoint on incentives and productivity as a whole.
I’ve found this channel just yesterday and already watched 4 videos and I love it! It’s such a profound wisdom packaged in easy to digest form and presented really well. No fluff, no bs. And it comes from a guy who’s into personal development for years upon years and you speak directly to my problems. Sometimes I feel like I have all this potential and I just can’t work. You give me hope to get unstuck in life. Thank you
Maybe it's something you wanted, didn't know it existed but now you are most certain you needed it, even tho it's probably not gonna be that only piece that was lacking in your life :(
You are probably the only UA-cam channel that made me watch all of your previous videos because every video you do is meaningful. Now I never skip a video because you are the best source of information about productivity there is on UA-cam.
What I am doing right now is not what I want to do, but because what I am doing is going to help me do what I want to do. This has helped me to find the need to do better now for me to gain knowledge for what I want to do.. thank you If it’s not for you, you feel it… find a purpose, love and enjoyment to do better and enjoy what your doing in the moment.. or find something new that does that for you.
Wow.. I really resonate to this, this really helps me to understand about myself more. Without this, I don't think i can escape the burnt out cycle man. Thanks for the good work.
"The problem is more than a lack of motivation rather the issue is that you lack a specific type of motivation" Who else had their mind blown? 🤯🤯 Really fantastic video, Rian!

Finally video with some usable, understandable, practical information in it on how and what I can do something about in my thinking, perceptions and actions to both kick things off and keep them driving! Thank you Rian. I look forward to seeing more of your videos. I am definitely going to put this information into practice starting today!
Rian, you are an absolute Godsend! Thank you so much for creating this. It’s exactly what I needed to understand. I’m highly purpose driven, but felt stuck in soul-draining jobs which affected my mental health and wellbeing for nearly a decade, so when I say this video really helped me get through my stuck state, it really has. I’m so grateful you shared this with us. Really interested in this and will look into it further. Thank you once again!
I've read and loved Steven Kotler's "The Art of Impossible", and this is a brilliant, concise and clear refresher of the motivation stack. It's much easier to have it here, so clearly and succinctly presented, it makes the amazing work you both are doing and sharing with the world even simpler to understand and put into practice. A BIG thank you for sharing your expertise in these content rich and very practical videos. 🙏
Thank you so much for this video. I've been dead for 3 years and hadn't noticed it until today. I aways wondered why am I no longer motivated to do what I'm doing, the inner drive that pushes you to stay consistent because of the opportunity for improvement and purpose. When you no longer feel that, it's time for introspection. Don't waste another minute!
00:04 There is a hidden brain switch that unlocks unlimited motivation. 02:12 Intrinsic motivation is the key to unlimited motivation. 06:20 Lack of autonomy led to dissatisfaction and decreased motivation in Academia. 08:24 Intrinsic motivators release neurochemicals that enhance focus and drive, leading to flow state. 12:52 Autotelicity, Purpose, and Autonomy are the key intrinsic motivators. 14:55 Identify and leverage your intrinsic motivators in your work. 18:38 Purpose and autonomy are key factors for motivation and job satisfaction. 20:25 Boost autonomy by shaping your life trajectory and acquiring Fu skills, network, and knowledge. 23:53 Develop a zen warrior like trait of detachment and engagement
Yeah like "i had no motivation in academia, but then i used these concepts to build that motivation i needed so much!" Oh yeah, how?! Show me! "I changed to business!" Oh fvck off
I needed this I was getting lazy first I got comfortable with it but then I thought what is happening something is diffrent. Just hearing the word curiosity brought me back from it I understood why I was doing it my curiosity to photography was something I was missing. nd now I know my purpose too.
One of the best videos I have ever seen. I am so grateful for this video man. Thank you. I immediately feel much more motivated. I felt so lost and now I write down my 5motivation points, analyze them and this already helped me to get better and be more productive.
Great video, but why does no one mention the book about escaping your comfort zone which is currently a top 3 book on Lexnory. The best first step you can imagine…
The way Hidden Time Wealth dives into the concept of productivity is mind-blowing. Hidden Time Wealth tips are pure gold, and I wish more people knew about them.
I wish I knew about this before college. This would help me so much, at some point I was really struggling to understand why I was as motivated as I thought I would be. At some point, seeing other students being more motivated would even bother me. I felt guilty for not being disciplined and rigorous. I graduated with some difficulties and am relearning few stuff because I didn't work enough despite loving my field. Now I have a clearer idea of why and how to overcome. This video is a masterpiece.

I love the information and clarity that all of your videos have given me. You really have high intrinsic motivations. It's shown from the quality of this video production: your script copy, relatable storytelling, the background music that boosts excitement, and the fast-paced changing scenes every 5 seconds. As a new marketer that helps holistic evidence-based healthcare service providers, I learn so much from you. Your videos are good inspiration and case studies that science and health can be fun to learn and possible to teach in lay terms. Really looking forward to all your videos. It optimizes my growth in my own marketing business.
If there would have been 1000 like button I would have definitely clicked all of them. Seriously this was something i was searching for and.........You just made my work so much easy......thankyou....!!! Thankyou soooooooo muchh...!!
Hidden Time Wealth is so unique. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it sooner. It’s amazing how life-changing this can be for anyone battling procrastination.
Discovering Hidden Time Wealth has been one of the best things I've done for my productivity. It feels like I’ve finally cracked the code to overcoming procrastination.
I’ve found this channel just yesterday and already watched 4 videos and I love it! It’s such a profound wisdom packaged in easy to digest form and presented really well. No fluff, no bs. Thank you for putting light on the two types of motivators. You put into words what I’ve been observing but didn’t have words for yet . Again, thank you 🙏
I feel like you are basically talking about myself here, Rian. I am full of ideas, eager on executing them, but very often at some point of pursuing any given project I feel like one of the motivating elements is lacking and I can’t force myself to continue. Super interesting video and ideas.
Loved the 'Zen-Warrior concept'. And the 5 concepts of flow: curiosity, purpose, autotelicity, passion and purpose. Gonna bear that in mind and activate more 'flow states' in my daily lives. Thanks!
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 00:00 🧠 *Understanding Intrinsic Motivation* - Intrinsic motivation is a powerful form of motivation that comes from within, driven by curiosity, mastery, autotelic purpose, and autonomy. 03:30 🚀 *The Five Intrinsic Motivators* - Curiosity: The insatiable itch to learn and explore, driven by the need to know. - Mastery: The desire for continuous improvement and excellence. - Autotelic: The love for activities rewarding in themselves. - Purpose: The belief that your work contributes to something bigger. - Autonomy: The feeling of being in control of your work. 10:08 💡 *The Power of Intrinsic Motivation* - Intrinsic motivators release performance-enhancing neurochemicals. - Flow State compounds intrinsic motivation, creating an unstoppable drive. - Examples of peak performers driven by intrinsic motivation. 16:11 🔝 *Maximizing Intrinsic Motivators* - Tips to enhance each intrinsic motivator: curiosity, mastery, autotelic, purpose, and autonomy. - Identify and leverage your strengths and natural abilities. - Align your work with a clear and meaningful purpose. - Increase perceived and actual autonomy in your work. 20:18 🌟 *Boosting Autonomy at Work* - Autonomy can be enhanced by viewing your current role as a stepping stone in your broader life trajectory. - Exercisable autonomy involves gaining skills, knowledge, and networks that give you options and choice in your career. - Focus on the smallest part of your work or life that you can fully control to increase autonomy. 23:05 🚀 *The Power of Intrinsic Motivation* - Upgrading your motivational fuel source from extrinsic to intrinsic makes hard work irresistibly easy. - Intrinsic motivation leads to detachment from external rewards and a focus on the joy of the work itself. - Achieving autot motivation means pursuing the experience of the work for its own sake. This data is so well presented & is definitely the magic formula for motivation. I’ve attempted to get motivated over so many different business opportunities and now I know why they didn’t move me forward.
The GOAT is back. This is a much needed video. The organization of priorities and knowing where to focus my energy is what's going to make me successful. I've watched this video twice and made notes, and I'll be using this as a guide moving forward. Thank you!
Thank you very very much Doris. For what it is worth, I feel like I need to let you know how grateful I am to your effort in studying and delivering the contents of this video. I have been struggling with motivation, not knowing why I do what I do, why I do not feel motivated enough to do what I am doing, what need to change and these kinds of confusion. Now, thanks to you, I can better understand myself and proceed with more clarity. Thank you!😊
My issue with this theory is that I know many who can find intrinsic value in any task or responsibility, whether they want to or not. That is the neuro-state I want to attain. Motivated by simply having a responsibility. I don’t have time to chase a personal connection to it.
I have been waiting for your long from content for quite some time thanks for uploading and please do upload more of long form content frequently... love from India ❤
This is freaking awesome! Thank you for this, I probably have not researched enough about this but this is the first time that I hear it laid out like this!
why judge, amazing you watched it. focus on yourself and you will do better. glad its helped you but your way behind in life if you need to say i dont undertand why other people dont watch this when its been great for me. where is your numbers on people that havent fully watched it?????? and good luck in life :) focus on yourself in a good way
Hands down, best video I've seen all year. So many give the advice of having intrinsic motivation, but no one ever entails what that means or how to get there. I really appreciate what you've shared, and you have a way with words, amazing articulation and vocabulary.
the people who would benefit from this video are the people who will not be able to watch said 25min video, since that is a long time commitment and will probably just get saved into a playlist and forgotten.
I've achieved autonomy in being a father and husband. I work on communication everyday with the intent to work on it until I leave this earth. I have noticed that my relationships improved exponentially and keeps me focused on the complete mastery of communication to change the environment. #BeGreatonPurpose
some of us just try to save time so we can overconsume n hoarde other info, but not have a system to apply em to be able to change things due to info overload, FOMO,FOBO. (I'm trying to get outta that rut). - I keep summary N listen while background tasking both. as summaries lack full inspiration, epiphanies, relatability n motivation, ability to convince via a deeper understanding of why behind simple steps as storytelling format does. - BOOKS: that's why people read,re-read or listen,re-listen to books. - DIGITAL HOARDING: n I can hoarde summaries but i wouldn't easily be re-reading them as i can't put em all in a to-do list ,as they're not as interesting esp if i don't organize them well, which i procrastinate on or esp if i think ik it, then forgetting n not acting on them. Esp without prioritizing what I need to improve on first n then adding em to list. - MULTI-FORMATS: so i got both summaries n video so i can re-listen ocassionally till i fully understand or if I forget n it can re-motivate n remind me despite extrinsic motivation, it's deep. So i can re-check in any format if I'm behind on organizing n dreading cluttered notes). - FOCUS: as video is deep n it takes no Multi-tasking or comment distractions while listening to video n focus to get it. Which most don't do, so they copy summaries,it helps but isn't as impactful as storytelling. - INFO OVERLOAD: n most of us wanna save time as we're overdoing the overconsuming to next video than actually applying. But re-listening more high quality stuff lowering on doing too much is what saves time n energy books like slow productivity, rest etc may explain it better. - FOCUS BREAK: i came back to comments n my concentration broke n i was confused so I'll probably re-listen half of it.
This is the one !!!!!! Lol, this is one of those videos which you watch and just think to yourself "damn, I didn't know that was the thing bothering me for soo long" It's super clear now that I'm going to have to refine these intrinsic drives of mine. Watching this was probably the best spent 25 minutes of my day. Thanks Mr.Dorris, greatly appreciate it💯
- Intrinsic motivation, which comes from within, is more powerful and sustainable than extrinsic motivation, which comes from external rewards. - The five intrinsic motivators are curiosity, mastery, autotelic purpose, audicity, and autonomy. - By identifying and maximizing these intrinsic motivators, individuals can tap into unstoppable levels of motivation and achieve peak performance.
Rian… I’ve only recently come across you page over the last few weeks and your content is so intriguing! Glad I found you as you have so much knowledge and understanding 🙏
Best video on motivation I’ve ever watched, and I’ve watched hundreds…this is the type of video you need to get your notebook and pen for. Excellent content, subscribed!
This video is amazing- what all career counsellors need to understand. This is so helpful for understanding why I am not happy in my current job. Thank you Ryan and Team - let’s all strive to get the most out of our time on the planet
Chief, thanks a ton! I seriously just learnt more in 5min than I ever did from hours of talks by Bob Roth and his whole lot of so called TM champions! And here's the real kicker, u did it for free and I didn't spend $1500-2600 for a mantra!
I think u are telling by experiencing this one its y it is connecting to me into deeper.. I am speechless to say any words ... Bcz its showing what was the main point for procrastination And point out and clearly showing the solution is amazing ..clearly and concisely superb I think every body should hear this one
Amazing video @riandoris !Thank you! Many modern structures of work are not conducive to the development of those intrinsic motivators. Work was never created to satisfy intrinsic human motivators in the first place. Many people complain for work cause they are constantly asked to conform and comply under no meaningful purpose, doing boring/frustrating tasks, while someone is telling them what to do and when. They do not even bother with curiosity. So applying the wisdom you shared in organizational development, work culture, job design and people management ....those are real challenges. If i want to build a business to create and sell products and/or services for profit and i need to hire people to help me make that profit and i know that people need work in order to pay their bills, how should i design jobs and how should i manage those that i hire in order to keep them motivated in a sustainable way so to be productive enough, so to help me make profit, which is the reason that i hired them?

Great great video, I really like your content as a whole please keep it going! Could you please do a video or point out a video on how to do difficult things that you do not feel like doing. Hi Ryan, in one of your videos you mentioned going to a meditation retreat. Which one did you go to? Can you recommend one? Thanks

5 intrinsic motivators that keep you motivated, keep you in the flow state:
1) Curiosity: The insatiable urge to learn, a book you cannot put down.
To sum up:
You need to be in control of a passionate objective in which you want to become supremely accomplished.
All of them rather inachievable in soul-draining corporate job which most people cannot afford to escape.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🧠 There's a hidden motivation switch in the brain stronger than money, praise, or fame.

One idea: when I see videos like this they always talk about what people that achieved success had in common, but this can be miss leading, making a study about all the people that failed is as much as important
Nice idea! Hope this is used
The crazy thing is that people who achieved success *are* the ones who failed most. Someone who is successful has failed, and failed, and failed even more than someone who had not achieved success!
I do like your comment though, it kinda reminds me of Survivorship Bias!
@@Svenshine I understand your point and that was what I was trying to say "survivorship bias"

It took me years to find mine and I attribute my addiction to cheap dopamine to this. some of us just try to save time so we can overconsume n hoarde other info, but not have a system to apply em to be able to change things due to info overload, FOMO,FOBO.
Lol, this is one of those videos which you watch and just think to yourself "damn, I didn't know that was the thing bothering me for soo long"
It's super clear now that I'm going to have to refine these intrinsic drives of mine.

Bcz its showing what was the main point for procrastination
And point out and clearly showing the solution is amazing ..clearly and concisely superb
I think every body should hear this one
This is the most intricately worded and interesting video i've seen on UA-cam to date. Drive keeps you alive and wakes you up every day.
Appreciate the support.
I love the information and clarity that all of your videos have given me.
You really have high intrinsic motivations.
It's shown from the quality of this video production: your script copy, relatable storytelling, the background music that boosts excitement, and the fast-paced changing scenes every 5 seconds.
