as a noob... I find myself IN this move on a table a lot. It vibes like this is the move for me to follow with my body strengths. whenever I attack people's fingers I am kind of just automatically doing this bent wrist move. Even so a senior member told me to not dump my wrist... but posting for me seems weaker and kind of pushes the injury line sometimes. I feel attracted to this move to go with the way my hand wants to pull and to attack fingers!
Although this might not make sense via the hill theory (which has flaws IMO), if you set up your low hand with good bone line and lose your pronation, you're in a pretty good position for a drag hook. The clip that you show of Janis sort of demonstrates that, since Geoff is able to cup him in a good amount.
Kind of, but if the strengths were equal, opponents cup would neutralize your pronation, which would result you only using your elbow side pressure. Which basically means desperation, not a good technical option. But i get what you are saying, if your cup is that much stronger and you can take opponents pronation while going to the side, it is a valid option after losing your own pronation.
John Brzenk is epic at the low hand top roll. It’s my favourite move even though I’m not the strongest at it. Aside from the Kings Move I think it’s the most effective counter to the flop press as well. Probably the most versatile counter technically and deceptively other than the Kings Move IMO
In what way would a king's move counter flop wrist pressing? You get free access to your power when they drop down to king's move. To beat a press you just have to crowd the table and win center
I NEEDED THIS VIDEO! Just started committing to low hand toproll as my ace move with over 1 year of seriously armwrestling and I find it best for me. Thanks for the great content as always.

tbh im a flop presser and i feel like that FP is the counter to both low hand and kingsmove. I feel way more countered by high top

@@justaguyfromreddit most likely this is due to the top roller taking the entirety of your hand, leaving you not much to push against.
@@theveni12345 yup
Hook is by far the best move to beat a flop press. Take pronation and you can’t get into position.
This series is awesome, great job guys

yo bro. how do you train for low hand toproll
Just like me. For my second choice it will be high hook. Best exercises for low hand toproll would be pronation pump .partial hammer curl
Good job guys, keep up the good work
