What was especially interesting to me was the fact that your elbow actually starts closest to your side of the table and moves towards the opponents side off the go, opposite to the direction your hand is going.
what a nice explanation! Ryan can you please make a video about low hand toproll without straps? Yes i know this move in straps is much more dangerous but sometimes getting the strap is not possible. thanks and good luck ! w8ing for bottom 8 matches !
Piss off Hooker! 😂😂 Great Vid! I have been trying to figure out how to best use the low hand toproll because it feels good to me. Awesome lesson! Thanks a lot Ryan!
Low hand is a good option if You have a good lats strenght, long fingers and good cup. Posting is good if You have good bíceps with shorter foream and better chance to keep your riser up
Was it left? I only lost to Paul that day on right. If it was left....my left is literally a spectator compared to my right. It only gets 2% training time and volume.
@@jacobjohnson5865 After people kept raging in the comments section about the "ready" part in "ready-go," Ryan started adding it in as a tune a few videos back. It's a subtle indicator that I'm sure a few people have picked up on.
@@jacobjohnson5865 Actually the first 4 runs are repetitive, but the rest is good when the cords change. I guess its the beauty of it when it's a build up . I might of been too tired when I commented on it lol The ' ready - go' I do like

thank you Ryan for explaining this to us it really helped a ton
Good coaching. You're a man of many skills. You're a killer
3:05 Is something brilliant. Fully torqued and tooooooooooooons of leverage.
best armwrestling trick that i ve ever heard!
This is my natural top roll of choice. Shorter arms and hands 💪
Love the ending!
That was fantastic
Re watching these gems ;)))))
Brilliant

This video is insane! But I have a question, in a match the referee will allow you to not be in a straight line with your body?
This is a Matt Mask move
@B4 freedomfighter True!
Your showing all my tricks lol. Btw I got the pronation lock from one of Devon’s videos years ago. Good shit though.
Chris Gobby will be watching
Won't help the poor guy. Too small and weak 😐😉
This is some great advice ryan, can u mention your source
Make sooooo much sense how travis bagent wins so fast!!!ooo and u 👍🏻
Travis doesn't do this. He does a high posting toproll which Ryan demonstrated at the beginning
Can u show how to wrap a resistance band around the spouce so I can practice with her?
Corrado Soprano this is late but you should wrap the stronger person's wrist and thumb and attach to the handle of your opponent
Great setup for pulling amateurs.
👍💪
letsss gooooo
Low hand top roll or high ????? Whih one is the best…..

8:49 Often it feels like with hookers it's scary going deep, but it's great going deep, you just get in there and go "piss off hooker"
He was righter than rain about gobby lol
Sneaky moves, very interesting.
Im a dog
Ryan, a guy beat you by flop wrist press in 2018 NAL. These techniques didn't work there.
He says in this video that a guy with a good flop wrist can counter it.
I only lost to Paul Linn. And it wasn't a flop press.
@@ryanbluebowen After Paul Linn, a guy in black shirt with "Ramos" written on his back.

@@ryanbluebowen Yes it was left. By the way Ryan, make short techniques tutorial series. (They will probably get the most views!)
Personally don't like the music of the into
Dude, I love the music. The "ready-go" is cool too.
