As a retired flying instructor, am I right in saying that if any one of the rotors fails there can be no recovery? Unlike a helicopter 🚁 you can't auto rotate.
There's a video showing that when you have 4 rotors and one fails the aircraft sustains altitude. Plus must of this aircrafts are already with a bullet lunch parachute.

What a nightmare prospect. The police will be buzzing around the neighborhoods 24/7 in their flying cars..
Will there ever be one with enough cabin space of a regular sized sedan, mini-van, or full sized van and/or a trunk? The thing with these is they only usually have space for two people, that's not enough space to bring a suitcase.
You should check what is the army working on. You can carry a whole full small uhaul of space.

It flies...therefore you will need to be a licensed pilot with a medical every six months, flight training, flight check rides every six months, insurance, and maintenance requirments...flying is not a joke and people get killed if you do not know what you are doing...how you going to fly in ice I do not see any deicing on that joke...turbulence...how about a thunder storm, how you going to work out your Vref or any of the v speeds...oh ya there are lots and lots of Vspeeds...do not forget ATC flight plans and everything that goes with putting a heavier than air machine in the air because it can always come down unexpectedly and when it does you will die not to mention anyone that just happened to be there when you hits....all BS...oh ya I have over 21,000 hours and type rated in 5 jets...what are you typed in???
