I am an avid knitter, and I too discovered the necessity for using sleeves for storing my patterns as well as 4 inch binders. It's great that you are sharing practical advice with new knitters.
This weeks yarn looks luscious, I like the blue again. Thanks for sharing the mittens. I’m a new knitter and those look like something I could make. Great tips for reusing patterns.
I've been storing my patterns in sheet protectors and binders (4" also x 3) for many years. Also use whiteboard markers and/or post it notes to track progress. I look forward to trying out the mitten pattern and I'd love to knit them in the green yarn prize. Love your videos!
I have used the sheet protectors before when I am going somewhere and using project bag. It keeps them from getting messed up. I love that blue alpaca yarn.
Hi Kelley! Thanks for your encouragement to try knitting two-at-a-time! I did follow one of your videos and a pair of socks are almost ready to wear! Like the green just a little more than the blue! Thanks for your coupon code!
My favorite colorway this week is the Azure Mix (blue); I would love to use Ultra Alpaca in my knitting projects (I haven't used it yet). I use a similar system of noting projects (and any mods) on Ravelry, keeping any printed-to-be-used-again patterns in plastic sleeves in labeled notebook binders (with little index card or sticky notes slipped into the sleeve re size details/mods). Thank you for your TAAT magic loop demonstration. Thank you for this "gift series".
I love the emerald color of the ultra apaca. I haven't tried it before, but it looks like I need to. I also need to get that mitten pattern, they looks super simple
Thanks for the tip on how to cast on 2 mittens. I have been knitting socks for 10 years and this is the first time I have been able to cast them on without casting on 2 separate circular needles and then joining them. Thanks a heap! I am trying to do gussets on a mitten pair for the first time on circular needles but have not found instructions how to do 2 mitten gussets at once. I figured out something but not sure if it is right. Had to do it in a mirror way. This is my first time making mittens. So if you know a good way please post

That mitten pattern is fantastic! I've used it several times. I vote for blue.
Tney are both beautiful! I do love the Emerald Green!
I love the blue! I’m knitting with this yarn now and absolutely love it!

Love putting my patterns into sheet protectors! Also use it with highlighter tape on charts.
I love the Azure. I want to try 2-at-a-time socks and have the needles, but just haven’t had a chance.

I do use sheet protectors and binders, I have 3-4, 2" binders, but never thought to use erasable markers. I use pencil and erase
Thank you Kelley! I vote for the emerald skein.
I don’t think my other comment came through but I like to use the sheet protectors and mark my place with washi tape and post-it flags.

I don't believe I've ever used this yarn. I would choose the emerald green color.
Tell the man in the background to be quiet while your filming. I don’t want to listen to him. He makes it like you don’t know what your doing.
Yes I agree. So annoying.
Mr. Interrupter!
