This worked like magic, I started a month back with 78kgs in 4 week I have shredded 4 kgs.. 5 days a week diet + workout ..Sunday's cheat treat..it had started giving cuts to body and my tummy is already become flat with getting ribbed.. more 4 kgs to go.. thanks 👍for the wonderful routine

This is truly amazing workout. I have been doing this for one and a half week. My calories consumption each day is between 1,000-1,500 calories. No fast food or sugars. All home cooked meals. I was able to lose 1.5 kilos in one week. I could barely keep up in the beginning, as I got more accustomed I managed the workout for 20 minutes. Thanks to this I am now super excited about what I can achieve in next two months!

I did the 14 day challenge (shredded program) my weight is between 123-130 lbs / I went up to 137 lbs with this challenge I was able to drop to 127 with a good diet too

Hey Zuhaib, you can do some cardio to benefit your cardiovascular health. But be sure to do it after your main workouts. We have quite a number of cardio workouts on our channel too! Do keep us updated!
You cant “avoid” it. Its just because the muscle either hasn’t been used, or is weak or its just that the workout is a challenge. Just keep going forward and pain in muscles is obvious they are being used

Exercise is really good, I have about 15 kg of excess, and I will have to start exercising, it's great if it really consumes 500 calories.
