    This worked like magic, I started a month back with 78kgs in 4 week I have shredded 4 kgs.. 5 days a week diet + workout ..Sunday's cheat treat..it had started giving cuts to body and my tummy is already become flat with getting ribbed.. more 4 kgs to go.. thanks 👍for the wonderful routine

      @@neeljagtap0702 Yes go for it, but regularly kar, without any skip, only sunday rest, and make sure workout you don't eat any 1 hr before workout, and after workout have some carbs and protein, or else you will look very thin

      @Aryan Gupta simple hai, 1st stop eating fried, junk, and sweets they are calories booster, 2nd workout on daily basis without any miss only sunday rest, 3rd post workout eat consume protien ( whey, soybean chunks, paneer) 4th include salad in both meals without fail..give your self 6 months and track your weight daily..

    Hi friends.. it's really good. I started today. As it's my day 1 I can only 12 reps of 20 . Sweating like anything. Whole body is shaking.
    I'm gonna continue it till I loose 10 kgs. My present weight is 67.7.
    Hope I'll achieve it

    This is truly amazing workout.
    I have been doing this for one and a half week. My calories consumption each day is between 1,000-1,500 calories.
    No fast food or sugars. All home cooked meals.
    I was able to lose 1.5 kilos in one week.
    I could barely keep up in the beginning, as I got more accustomed I managed the workout for 20 minutes.
    Thanks to this I am now super excited about what I can achieve in next two months!

    I did the 14 day challenge (shredded program) my weight is between 123-130 lbs / I went up to 137 lbs with this challenge I was able to drop to 127 with a good diet too

    Thank you so much the first time I did this workout...ohhhhh when I woke up and got off my bed I just fell😂 but now I'm used to it and this is a really good exercise for fat and if yall want just wear a hoody to burn more fat but ⚠️ becarefull because it might be dangerous cuz the heat gets higher.       No, it depends on how much you weigh when you start. So say your heavy then you will burn more but skinnier people burn less, just depends

      You cant “avoid” it. Its just because the muscle either hasn’t been used, or is weak or its just that the workout is a challenge. Just keep going forward and pain in muscles is obvious they are being used

      You cannot lose gat and gain weight at the same time. You lose weight when you lose fat.

    After doing 50% of these exercises I'm too much exhausted should I continue doing the 50% for few weeks then gradually progress with the other half?
