I was ready to pull the trigger on $150 worth of men's clothes,it was Xmas gifts for my son. The pictures and prices looked amazing!!! I am so glad I saw THIS video,I am not going to buy anything. I ordered 5 male shirts. They were extremely smaller, cheap material, distorted print and a distinct smell. Getting a refund was almost impossible with instructions so tedious, poor communication and claims my info was not received (even though i had receipts)! Finally, after re-entering my claim for a refund, it was sent--7 months later! Don't waste your time or money.

I worked in shipping for 30+ years, you are correct, that was too expensive. That packages went through several warehouses, and each warehouse get a cut of the money or shipping fees. They really need a quality and trustworthy company in the US to handle their shipping needs.
Don't buy anything from them. I bought a phone cover that showed that it had a window that would show details of the phone when closed like the old Samsung cover I had. It did not work as shown on their photo ad. To add insult to injury they took 2 months to delivery the crap product to me. No way to get to their customer service except to download a shifty app which of course I will never do.

Thanks to your review, I will not be ordering the dress that I thought would be perfect. If I were ordering for myself, that would be a different story. I cannot take the chance on a dress when my granddaughter has this big expectation for the perfect dress for her big day.

I agree. I made a recent purchase for a formal dress. I used the measurements posted on their website. The dress was too tight in the arms hole and in the back. They advertised the dress as ready-made. They denied the return request and told me it was made-to-order, thus no return. Over $200 spent. They offered a 40% site credit which I accepted, but the catch, you have to spend two-times the credit amount to use the credit. Such a RIP-off. Never again. I've also noticed they sell some of the same items as Temu for 3X the cost. They are definitely a rip-off and POS site.
Very accurate review, decent of you to warn against this atrocious 'company'. Lost £100 on 4 oversized tops, were supposed to be medium but they measured up as large, despite having 'medium' labels on them, so they sent me rejects. They insisted i return them to china from UK, but i could no longer afford the £25 postage, so i was stuck with rejects way to big, and felt they robbed me of £100. And yes, material is very thin, the colours blur and aren't as they seem in the photos. Completely avoid them.

I agree with this video review. Beware of Light in the Box....READ their Return Policy carefully. You only have a 7 day window for Full Refund. Partial Refund outside the window and store credit. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE. Sizing and quality is way off. How are they traded on the stock exchange???
We spent $45 plus shipping so total of $63 and the shirts look like crap. It’s laughable. I would like a refund but I’m sure that’s not happening. We decided we could make a Halloween outfit out of one
I came across Light In The Box because I saw their ad while looking up lyrics no less. And they had hoodies with cute little owls, dogs and such with the funniest things written that I laughed out loud. When I buy something on line I don't expect much. But, you know what, as long as I GET IT..thats ok. Some of us can't afford much. I know women who shop Marshall's for prices..and then walk out with 500.00 of stuff- if you have 500.00..then you don't have to discount shop. But, you can afford a doctor to help with the shopping addiction. I may just treat myself to one of those jackets. And...almost everything comes from China. That's fine by me. Years ago you could sew your own clothes for 5 bucks. Now, the pattern alone costs more. So I choose not to go around naked- so I may just order. (I have learned that when you lose weight, almost anything fits and looks pretty dang good too)
Im online and an ad popped up, looking for spring dresses. I knew it was an issue when I pulled up the size chart, really off, I'm sticking with US stores. Not wadting my money with this crap.😊😅

STAY AWAY...I ordered two dresses from Light In The Box and sent them my measurements and was quite excited to receive the dresses however, when they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures on the website and one of them had a zipper that was stuck, also the material was cheap and th dress was made of sequin and extremely poor quality. When I contacted the company they refused to take these $320 dresses back and offered me a 10% credit from the cost to buy something else from their company. Said they will not refund due to personal issues. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX! It’s from china takes 6-8 weeks for delivery and then when it doesn’t fit or the color is misleading they tell me- IT WAS MADE TO ORDER!!!! They are telling me NO REFUNDS!!! I complained to customer service and they will maybe give me 50-70 %. I spent 167.$ ! I am so mad about this!!!

After spending 100s on light in the box and they charge you for a supposed insurance, but when this last order came in there was a huge hole in the bottom everything was there except the 3 pairs of earrings I ordered, when they contacted me all they wanted was pictures of the bag it came in so they might ( not) prevent this, no offer to replace or refund , this is totally infuriating you have no control of how they ship but your supposed to eat it when they screw up
i saw a beautiful cardigan - fluffy and lång on this site. I ordered it . I got a short and thin thing. The only similarity was the colour. To return the plug is a torture! I had to take a picture of the plug, why? Don't they know what they have sent to me? Don't they know that there is a huge differens between the picture and the reality? Was offered to keep the plug for 50% of the price, but what shall I do with it? Sell it at a flea market for the price of a cup of coffee? Never ever L in the B!

I learned my lesson ordering from some of these scam sites claiming designer shoes and fashions from Europe come to find out all is coming from China, and it's usually crap, knock offs, or has to be tailored to fit properly. Try returning the items, good luck getting a response or your money back.

The graphics were too low to be read worn inside my Levis. There was a blob of paint on one of them. "Fore warned is fore armed!!

I ordered sweathers and lost $134 dollars to make a long story short. If you try to return, you will have to return to China and pay for shipping. I ended up donating the items to the thrift store and afterwards I felt guily donating those cheap, cheap sweaters.

I just bought a necklace that came with a free gift for only $11, Temu is another one that I trust plus, I buy mostly from Amazon for my cats & Christmas presents or whatever I really need for my health. If you don't have an accent Temu is pronounced Teemoo

The sweat shirt is like the material from Temu. Temu is much cheaper in price.

I ordered sweathers and lost $134 dollars to make a long story short.
If you try to return, you will have to return to China and pay for
shipping.
I ended up donating the items to the thrift store and afterwards I felt guily donating those cheap, cheap sweaters.
I filled my cart then I went to check out the S&H was larger than the cost. My order was $89 the final total was $249.

The pair I had ordered years ago were true to size. I'm not sure if this is true for all of the shoes they carry, though.
Buying these nasty cheap clothes is terrible for the environment and can you imagine how little the workers are being paid to make them at these prices.
and how are expensive clothes better for environment other than taking more money out of my wallet?? my 13€ sport shoes I bought from Aldi went through alot of abuse and there is still no tare in them. another pair of shoes I got from Wollworth for about the same money lasted me years. therefore my 13€ shoes - bad. 150€ shoes from Nike or Adidas - goooooood. btw, the fabric is mainly the same, be it bran or no-name product. but good for you, showing us how to be morally superior!!!
