You have a great channel, I would. Like to see the other places. One looked like it was very close to each. The places you show are much nicer and cheaper then on other channels I have watched, I like places close to the beach ad town with an olive groves. Sicily. As a lot of them but it is hard to get there unless you fly in or spend a lot of time on a boat to get there so I have been wondering if there wàs something similar in Calàbria in a flat tax area. I am not familiar with Italy and recently started watching Italy fo4 the firs5 time In Sicily which is also a nice with a lot of property's near the ocean. I have not seen much of Calabria but it may have properties I would lik3 Glad to find out about the flat tax. Ow I would only be interested in a flat tax are. No one but you as mentioned that on sights I have watched ad your houses are cheaper and in better condition. New to your channel but glad found you. I like a ground area for avocado, lemon trees and room for herbs in a raised garden grown organic. I am not a restaurant person. I like to cook from scratch. I noticed so far you only show apartments but I like watching everything you show. Keep up the good work. I have also watched Mexico and Portugal. Do you do other countries or just Italy. I like Mexico because you can travel to the US by bus or car but I am Leary about the Mexican government. There unless you are 35 miles from the ocean you do not own the land. You just lease it from the government and there are other negatives.

Ok, it wasn't particularly cheap, not super expensive either as I see it. Of course if you are from maybe New York, or LA then everything, everywhere else will seem cheap. I would expect to pay something like that in a smilar town in Sweden too where I live though, but then again Italy does have a nicer climate, there is no denying that and Italians are very friend in my experience. It would be awesome if you could do a video like this about Romania, or Bulgaria, or maybe former Yugoslavia like Montenegro, or Croatia, instead however. There you can find apartments that are truly cheap.
As an American, this is SUPER cheap relative to our real estate.
But I appreciate that there are many places, especially Eastern Europe, where things are even cheaper.
I think those countries are still outside most Americans knowledge sadly.
Looking in Abruzzo region and Salerno city. But we still wanted to go to places like Vlore Albania and you are right; Americans don't want to go there, even Americans like me who want to go there. @@traveltirement

I think the courtyard is shared between this place and a couple others.

I think that apartment is horrible and too expensive for being over a bar (I know what a bar is in Italy) people in and out all day and night and with all the work that needs to be done its way to expensive. I do like a lot of your videos though!

Hello, I am concerned about this comment. I did not leave any comment about this property. The first I saw of this matter, is in an email today. I have not seen the video till now. I cant even find a comment from me to this channel. My mother taught me that if you cant say something nice, say nothing at all. I am very confused and would like to find out what has happened here. I would never comment on anyones personal taste etc. Please can you send me the comment that was supposedly posted by me? I will research what has happened, or my son, he is better at IT than me.
