I found the 30 min full body HIIT workout with zanna fortunately on Vimeo. That’s a shame you deleted it on your UA-cam channel. This workout is absolutely amazing as all Zanna Adidas workouts, need more please!

Carmen yes! you are supposed to mix up your workouts to target different muscle groups and challenge them, as they get build up :)
