    Can't believe how 30sec of each exercise can be too effective, but I'm gonna do this later and probably be dead afterwards. Looks like an awesome workout, so excited to try this!!

      I found the 30 min full body HIIT workout with zanna fortunately on Vimeo. That’s a shame you deleted it on your UA-cam channel. This workout is absolutely amazing as all Zanna Adidas workouts, need more please!

    Is it alright if I do only one circuit of this and one circuit of a different workout video? I get so bored of repeating the same stuff!

      Carmen yes! you are supposed to mix up your workouts to target different muscle groups and challenge them, as they get build up :)
