  • First up in the Spring/Summer Cocktail series is a drink I came up with to celebrate a good friend's birthday on vacation in St Augustine. She loves gin and usually has it with St Germain so I wanted to of course include that. I wanted to also include some “sunshine” because we were in beautiful St Augustine Florida so I thought orange juice, I wanted it to be fizzy but not plane fizzy, something that would enhance the drink and add another layer of flavor - so why not ginger beer! And since we were in St Augustine which has a distillery that makes gin - I used the St Augustine Barrel Finished Gin, so good!
    Happy Birthday Tuna!
This is definitely going on my rotation this spring and summer! Try it and let me know what you think?
