walking is best but don't go to gym. gym equipments makes you apply more pressure. that pressure extends on heart. and that results to cardiac arrest.
Yes that goes for old people more than 40 yrs but depends on body type as well. Reduction in oil, fat is helpful. Long distance walking or even running is beneficial for old people can lift weights as well but not heavy.
I think eating while standing is a little too much... But to each his own. Maybe you can try sleeping while standing too. 😂🤣✌️

Recently I did LFT TEST N MINE SGPT WAS 51 AND ALSO SGOT WAS ALSO HIGH.....Then I started learning about liver ....evrything we eat or drink gets process through our liver ...i was healthy it was bec of alcohol n also very active....i started drinking turmeric / Lemon water in morning ....Coffe is also good n drink as much water u can ....mine sgpt n sgot after 20 days was 23 and 24 .....

Bhai video well made having right impact I feel. Yes we all need to be awake and alert. We don't need to give nor reduce alcohol greatly but the game changer is the food we eat with alcohol. It would help all if you take up this subject again from health perspective. The changes I have done wrt the food hv helped for sure.
