    यह 2 मिनट की बात तो है नहीं. जब 1 घंटे का इंटरव्यू करना है तो आराम से कुर्सी पर बिठाकर कैमरा एक जगह फोकस करके करो. लल्लनटॉप को अब यह विश्वास हो चुका है कि वह चिरकुट टाइप से शूट करें तब भी उसे मिलियन व्यूज मिल ही जाएंगे. इतना शानदार इंटरव्यू कबाड़ा कर दिया. कैमरा लगातार मूव कर रहा है हिल रहा है बहुत ही निराशाजनक.

      आपकी बात से सहमति जताते हुए उसमें एक वाक्य मैं यह भी जोड़ ना चाहती हूँ की बात करते समय यदि दो माइक का उपयोग किया जाए तो बोले गये वाक्य पूरे सुनाई देगें। सामने वाले व्यक्ति का वाक्य पूरा भी नहीं हो पाता है और उनके सामने से माइक हटा लिया जाता है।

    @15:44 - हम जर्मनी में रहते है। हमारे दो बच्चे कुछ सालों के अंतर में अलग अलग शहरों में जन्मे।
    दोनो शहरों में pediatricians ने हमें २ साल की उम्र के बाद दूध पिलाने से मना किया था। उनका कहना था के भारतीय लोग कुछ ज़्यादा ही दूध पीते हैं।
    उनके मुताबिक २ साल से ऊपर के बच्चों ने दिन में एक कप से ज़्यादा दूध इसलिए नहीं पीना चाहिए के पेट भर जाता है तो बच्चे फिर बाकी चीजें नहीं खाते। बच्चों को इसकी वजह से संतुलित आहार नहीं मिल पाता।
    फल, सब्जियां और हो सके तो थोड़ा मांस/ अंडे इत्यादि पर ज़्यादा ज़ोर देने की सलाह दी गई थी हमें।
    साथ ही, ये बात बिलकुल भी सही नही है के "लोग दिन में तीन - चार बार दूध पीते है"।
    लोग यहां ज्यादातर चाय - काफी तक में दूध नहीं डालते। हां, दूध से बनी बाकी चीजें जैसे दही, चॉकलेट्स, और खास तौर से चीज़ का सेवन बहुत करते हैं।

    It's very True, the best formula to reduce ur weight is to eat less, my friend is a live example where he used to be on a water diet for at least 15-20 days, he was 100+ now his weight has come down to 73 in just 9-10 months

    People are not satisfied or not agreeing with what he said, but reason for this is all those are targeting specific points he made.
    What he says seems logical and he is not generalizing that this food is good and this food is bad. The point he tries to make is never believe on claims about any food.
    It can be good for others but not for you, so make your choice yourself not by someone's influence, because geography and climate play a role in absorbing food, and making food habits.
    Most informative video I've ever seen on lallantop.

    Some notes : ferment soya n eat it or eat soya chunks it has lots of protein n most protein per 100 gram. Eat mushroom it's very nutritious . Eat eggs because most of the times u r not killing a chicken bec it is unfertilised eggs . Eat ghee only if u dont have heart issues n no heart issue history . Sattu has very less protein.

    True animal husbandry may not be in large scale in India but what is being done to the male calf that is born to cattles in dairy farms? There is no use for male calf, bulls are not used for tilling farmlands, male calf is left to die. A cow is taken care of until it is fit to produce milk, after that where does the cow go, do people try to find out? India is biggest exporter of beef because India is biggest consumer of milk, as simple as that.
    Just because the guest is too much focused on protein intake he is calling Veganism a propaganda. Milk and dairy is full of hormones, cholesterol, saturated fat and there is a reason why people are lactose intolerant, we were not supposed to consume milk and dairy like people do now.

    Food gets spoiled in the fridge also. So it proves that there is fermentation happening. In the fridge fermentation is anaerobic and its not good.

    I feel speaker has internet onowldge. If you know now egg harvest from hen is not healthy and could increase the omega6 because hen is not meant to give 365 egg in year and due to inew method hens are so much stressed that they release cortisol’s which eventual human consume.
    I’d disagree on protien, it shouldn’t be necessity and only be privilege. We need to limit meat in take in week. I myself follow kstosis diet and I limited meat to certain amount and choose to skip 1 time meal. I don’t want animal to suffer because of my needs. We have to limit our intake of carbs and protien

      It's ridiculous people get attacked for supposedly eating beef when it's a perfectly fine source of protein especially the lean parts. India is one of the largest exporter of beef anyway. The hypocrisy needs to stop.

    चिया सीड्स के बारे में ज्यादा चर्चा होनी चाहिए थी, चर्चा का कोई सार नही निकला, सभी जानते हैं मीट में प्रोटीन होता है पर फैट भी होता है, मीट कंजप्शन फैटी एसिड का कारण बनता है,चावल में कार्बोहाइड्रेट होता है, हैल्थ इंप्रूव कैसे करे इसपर बाते होनी चाहिए थी, सभी बातें छिछली थी।

    Heard that Soy has more pesticides in compare to other grains. Organic Soy is good for you. But, otherwise, has more pesticides? It is also used for animal like cow etc?

    Calories valories कुछ नहीं होता, energy dense food, starchy, sugary and ultra process food बोलो। Saturated fat se heart attack 😂😂😂 कुछ भी।

    हमारे ऋषि मुनि, ayurvedacharya बहुत बड़े वैज्ञानिक थे उन्होंने जो बताया वहीं मेरे लिए पर्याप्त है vagbhatta ji ने बताया कि दुध को छोड़ कर pani,काढ़ा, चाय आदि को यदि दुबारा गर्म किया जाता है तो वह विष तुल्य है। आप AI में विशेषग्य हो सकते हैं परंतु शारीरिक विज्ञान में आपको कुछ नहीं मालूम।
