Great to hear there’s an aftermarket head unit with Apple Car Play and Android’s equivalent for the 2015 Toyota highlander. I was just thinking about upgrading the OEM head unit on my highlander for something newer. I love to be able to plug my phone and use Apple or Google map in the car’s big screen. Great job showing us how to do this.

Don't full yourself by replacing Toyota original equipment with aftermarket device. I already install one to my 2008 highlander. They just don't work, have bad reception, don't sustaing ambient cold or hot. So, total disaster. I would never do that again

Ordered this unit, now have "no signal" on reverse camera. Everything else is fantastic.

@@jackfieldsjack1061 there is a very small selector switch among the plugs. Try it one way then the next. Also, the plug for the video feed will fit in two places on this unit. Try moving it as well. Playing with these combinations , I was able to get it to work.
I'm thinking of getting the joying 11.2 inch for the 2008 to 2020 Toyota Sequoia. But I noticed the Dasaita seems to state the cables it comes with. Should I go with the Daisata instead?
if its made for the car then it will come with the harnesses.
It's the universal ones that require the oem harness.

Don't worry this is the cheap one. I bought before Kenwood it was 2000 dollars to put in my V6 camera I sold it the buyer was sooo happy

If you haven't bought one already look up the ViaBeks version. I just installed it in my 2018 Platinum Limited w/ the JBL system. Works perfectly and is android 12

Not well that is. It makes the front speakers on Dash distorted and the sub on the hat h baffles
So to clarify, this head unit does not support SiriusXM radio?
I've been trying to find the same thing out. Some places say yes and others say no, it's so frustrating. I'm also trying to figure out the whole wifi thing, that's got me confused as to how that works
Don’t see anywhere that states it is Sirius/XM compatible, meaning you would have to buy a separate radio receiver. But if you look at the back of the unit, I can’t see a port for a satellite radio to plug in nor the satellite radio antenna. My guess is it doesn’t support it.
Wonder why they don’t include XM?
