It is a 1926 Model T. It sounds like it has a stuck open intake valve. If you pull the plugs you can see the valves, spray some penetrating oil around it and work the valve open and closed by cranking the engine over by hand. Also, the ignition coils fire continually in the firing position for that cylinder, so if you crank it over by hand you can check the fire for each cylinder. Don't crank it with the spark lever down, it can backfire! Check the oil by the two petcocks on the right side of the oil pan, behind the flywheel, the level should be between the petcocks. Lastly the fuel system is gravity feed (no pump), so you have to syphon fuel from the tank to the carb. Then you just have to figure out how to drive it!
I am a long time sub from 9252, I am glad you mentioned this channel in your last video. This channel will explode, you guys have chemistry and humour. The projects are awesome. The name "GANG" is genius. All the best to you guys and gals. I look forward to more videos..

Good to see ya👋 model T this is fun ~ I remember you showed us the garage quite awhile back. Your still clean it 😆 lol just kidding, I'd still be at it too. Thanks for sharing👍🤗❤

That must have been a great chrome plating on the radiator surround to have lasted this long in that condition. I was told you should pull the starter handle up instead of pushing it down so your arm doesn't get driven into your shoulder socket. I was also told that Henry was a very economic man who specified the sizes of timber used to house the running board rubber so that timber could be used to make the running boards. He also won a defamation case against a reporter who said Henru was stupid because he didn't know everything about his vehicles & their manufacture. Henry told the Court he didn't need to know everything because he employed people who had the requisite knowledge.
9252Life sent me. Missed those winter hikes thru the snow drifts and frozen creeks and winching the vehicle out of the frozen creek and all that wintery goodness! 😁😉🥶

Augh... I finally found you. Had to go searching for 9252Life, cause it wasn't coming up on my feed. I'm not a Ford fan, but I can appreciate history. I think I had that Tonka's brother. A pickup that stayed in my sandbox for 20+ years. Imagine how slow she'd spin at 6 volts. My 42 Chevy 3/4 ton is still 6 volt.
Just a little more info the dodge brother's was making the frames for Ford also back then and I've seen on a few other channels where them older cars they had a positive ground
You can do it it wants to run TRY getting it in natural and plug wires so glad I wasn't drinking something when he caught fire good thing you didn't get hurt

Well that's some good trivia man about the Dodge Brothers didn't know they worked at Ford that's why there's so many similarities with Dodge sometimes like Ford rims will fit on Dodges the log homes all line up on a lot of them are used to. All right good video.
I think you may have better luck reviving that old Tonka truck, but it may be hard to find jumper cables small enough 😂. Seriously though this channel is right up my alley, looking forward to seeing progress on both property and the old cars👍👍

Yes the lever on the column is supposed to be all the way up until it starts and then you adjust the time. We’re thinking a good tuneup and she may start up.
Those cars are 6 volt positive ground and those boxes on the driver side with the wires coming out are the buzz coils. you guys have a lot to learn about them cars and you should do some homework before jumping into something like that because it's not like a car of today those boxes are the coils and they work like points and they will make a buzz when working and there is a gap that is on them and they have to be cleaned in order to work. I but that car will run but you have to do things properly in order for it to run.
Geez you just met your new neighbor and you tried to kill him. Nice video. I heard your only supposed to use ether to pop the bead on tires, just saying.
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime :-(
California is already working on getting people to buy electric vehicles and about a week ago they told everyone to not charge their cars because the grid couldn't handle it. LOL. And by the way, the battery is good for about 7years and costs $7,000.00 to replace. The electric cars are not environmentally friend. Do some research on the manufacturing of their components.
Sorry to correct your history amigo but the Dodge brothers didn't work for Ford, they had a large company before Ford and made Auto parts for most of the players in those days. They owned 10% of FORD motor from Ford the start of the Model T era (1908) until Ford bought every one out. You have a very complete T there, everything else you said is accurate.
I'm going to have to correct your correction. They worked at ford for 10 years. Give it a quick Google. John dodge one of the brothers was even vice president of the company.
Well Chad, because I lost my desire to revive old cars and pick-ups years ago, I see no interest in this channel for me. Sorry to see you've lost interest in your other channel.
