This battle plan is very interesting but also looks a little brutal to play. Lots to keep track of but still seems fun to play!

Wow. What a curious mission. High-scoring in the beginning, but it peters off later, and double-turns mean the Objectives you control are instantly exhausted. It hurts slower armies, for sure, and this is a match made in heaven for that purpose. The new battle tactics in this book are extraordinarily difficult, too, but I am glad that battle tactics favor certain armies more than others; I hope this will encourage faction battle tactics that don't see a lot of use. Great report, gentlemen. I'll rendezvous with you at the next battlefield.

Great report! Really showcased some of the challenges in this battleplan and happy to see some more Nurgle! Without being able to fight in ranks I think you lose a lot of output reinforcing Blightkings, I'm still not sure if I'll be running them in 5's or just replacing them with flies.
Reinforced Daemon Flies got so much better with the change to coherency.

Awesome game! As a heads up, Ridge got his tactic turn 3 because even though he failed one cast he didn’t have any unbound
And 4th round fireslayer should score 5 cuz they old more ;)
Hey Zach! Yeah, I didn't realize it was only unbinding that stopped the tactic, damn. Well, now I will never forget that again lol

He wasn't! When I cast the Pendulum, the Gravetide became wild, and because I was active player I get to move the gravetide (wild) after the pendulum (bound).
Good to know. For the rest of us that weren't aware of this rule it is under 19.5.1 in the Core Rules.

Harbinger already has an ability to turn off commands so u might aswell just put it on tge lord of afflictions
This is the only mission I've played of the new book. I really like it, I do think people will screw it up their first time though.

How did Nurgle not get their battle tactic round 3? Battle tactic doesn't say a spell cant be unsuccessfully cast just not unbound which the gravetide was not unbound.

Damn, I forgot to cast an extra spell with the Rotbringer T1! Good call, rest of the battle I went first so Jord would have had an extra CP. Good catch.
Also you can only have 1 endless spell bound to each caster. easy mistake to make. Glotty had gravetide and pendle
The Gravetide became wild when I cast the Pendulum which was bound to Glotty, and because I was active player, I could still move the Gravetide afterwards.
From a Maggotkin player, this is strange to me with a single LoA. For his points hes really expensive for basically a single Pusgoyle. And having 10 points leftover, why not drop him and have a unit of Pusgoyle for more wounds and bodies?

To be completely honest there was a last second list tweak because we'd forgot something & had limited models on hand haha. XD

might have been an error in the script or narration - but also could have been a simple mistake. That's one challenge of playing 15 different armies XD
