The level of hygiene he practiced in preparing this meal is appalling! He just handled raw tilapia, raw eggs, etc. And, without washing his gloved hands, dips them in salt, cracks pepper, and handles the cooked product itself and plates it! Omg!

No...No...No..! Why discard the yoke? ! All the good stuff & flavor just got tossed out! Also this dish is best done with Imperial Crab ! All the other crap added to the crab takes away from the crab flavor as well. Trust me in a bake off contest my stuffed what ever rocks ! Julia Child lives !
