Crab Stuffed Redfish (Red Drum) Simple & DELICIOUS!!

- In our recent fishing trip to Cape Hatteras NC we catch plenty Red Drum. We brought them all home and treated the families to a Crabbed Stuffed Red Drum feast! After editing the OBX footage I remembered I still had a fish left in the freezer. I ran to the store and grabbed a pound of lump crab meat and we wanted to show a simple Crab topping recipe to top whatever you want. You could top chicken, any kind of fish, shrimp, oysters, etc. All you need is something to bind the crab together and a few seasonings. This time we used: 1lb Crab Meat, I Egg, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (keto friendly or could use bread crumbs), tsp Old Bay Seasoning, tsp Yellow Mustard, and few shakes of Black Pepper. 350 degrees for 20-30 mins depending on thickness of fish and amount of crab topping. It was delicious!! Give it at try.

Down here in South Texas most people like to use Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning, but for me, you can’t beat Old Bay seasoning. I fixed fish last night and couldn’t have made it without Old Bay.
I love me some Creole as well. Old Bay is what I grew up on

That looks yummy! There was just a huge recall on crab where I live but it's unfortunately become the norm. Alaska and East Coast crab is so expensive here! I might have to start using the canned stuff.
