Absolutely do not put that bled fluid back into the master cylinder,top it off with fresh sealed fluid,you are asking for trouble risking contaminating the master cylnder and abs module over not buying a 5$ bottle of fluid. And if your bleeding the system of air anyways why would you not change the fluid period??? Its 30 more seconds and some brake fluid. Got the shade tree part right.

When you reuse the brake fluid in the bottle you are just putting air back into the reservoir.
There is micro bubbles in the fluid.
