Even though we knew a lot of episodes were filler, they were still entertaining and didn’t stray away from the plot. I remembered watching those episodes, and you said it better.
Honestly, my favorite episodes are the ones in modern-day. I just love the relaxed atmosphere in the present day, the Higurashi family, and Kagome's interactions with Inuyasha since they just seem very chill.
I could definitely tell some episodes felt filler, and I thought to myself that you could skip them, which I was tempted to (VERY SLIGHTLY) but didn’t. I don’t regret it. If I skipped the fillers I would have skipped some _sweet_ Kagome & Inuyasha moments I honestly expected to find the episode that Sota has a crush because that was definitely a cute episode
The human tree plot was not the only one where they used humans as fertilizer - there was another story about this demon that was turning humans into fertilizer to feed his flower gardens.
I like and enjoy season 3 because it has Kagome's friends becoming matchmakers and how they're handling the situations. Especially some or even though a couple of love advices are being followed through in the next following seasons or even the Final Act. One episode Kagome's friends got to shine Two Hearts, One Mind. But this also leads to them really finding out from her on her feelings on the first part of the episode Terror of the Faceless Man. Even though there were times her family gets to shine and her friends are always there for back up, Kagome had a few struggles to deal with like Koga's declaration for Kagome's affections and Kikyo/InuYasha relations that takes a toll on her emotions emotionally. Unfortunately all of Kagome's friends arc is on character building of Kagome. Even though there are so many seasons of these things going on, season 3 is one of the best.
gonna talk about all the romance in this season, and not even mention Episode 55: The Stone Flower and Shippo's First Love? :P the girl who shippo apparently revisits even later on? (ending credits of first movie)
hehe - don't tell anyone but I got a planned video all about Shippo and his ladies. I got TONS of videos about Inuyasha planned that will be coming out for a bit.
I am not a manga reader for inuyasha at all but it was hard to tell which was filler and which wasnt with this series, other series you can somewhat can tell what is filler or not
Just fyi, the Tokijin episode originally didn't have a demon tree in it. Tokijin got evil on his own and started eating people. And the fruit with the human faces is actually something Tokijin created, by using the bones of the people he eats as fertilizer or something. And Sango wasn't even in the party when it originally happened. I wonder why they changed it?
Fateful Night in Togenkyo is one of my favorite little Inuyasha stories, but it’s not filler, it’s definitely in the manga albeit with some differences
But it was not a filler at all. It was very early in the manga, before Kagome and INuyasha were that close and even before Sango joined. It was written by Rumiko to gain more Shikon jewel and because she wanted to develop bond between characters. No studio's work here.
Friend, the only episodes I can still truly enjoy from Season 3 are the Panther Deva episodes, specifically Episodes 75 to 77, because they have my most favourite filler characters in the entire show. That's right. The Panther Devas consisting of Toran, Shuran, Karan, and Shunran.
“Fillers” are menat to develop character outside of the plot cU if they were to boil all the episodes to “plot relevant ” episodes show would be over in less than 2 seasons.

My favorite show. 100%
It's one of my favorites at the moment, for sure.

inuyasha had some of the best fillers in anime

The demon tree episode have stuck with me since i was a kid. Such good episodes

So far I could only tell one, and that was episode 55. Otherwise, it's really hard to to figure out in some instances.

I never thought these were fillers! Very well written!
My favorite anime of all time next to sailor moon
I need to rewatch that one day

It's still filler though.

Can you make a video about Kikyo? Like can you go through the details of the tragedy of her life?
Loved 78!!
Can you do videos on the inuyasha films? And maybe inuyashas parents?
Asgard arc in saint Seiya is the best filler in anime history 😌

I still need to watch the show
Same
I started it on a plane flight the other day. It's a nice show to dip in and out of I think.
hulu has all the episodes and the final act
MR. Steven Wolf Netflix has it too and crunchyroll
@@watchforever1724 only like two seasons
4:10 r we all gonna ignore the fact that Tokajin UNDRESSED Kagome?!
Can anyone recommend where can I watch the entire anime? What’s on Netflix is only until season 2. Thank you!
I watched it on animeheaven
Hulu
I know this is super old but Netflix just released up to season 5!!!
Inayahshah and Yahshahimi.... Inu Yasha... Yasha Hime..
"Inuyasha" literally means "dog half youkai", while "Yashahime" literally means "half youkai princess".
