  • If you're looking for Easy Blackstone Recipe to make on the flat top grill, then it doesn't get much easier than steak and shrimp stir fry on the griddle! Just pick your favorite stir fry vegetables, cook some meat, and serve on top of rice for a quick and healthy griddle dinner!
We used a bagged mix of stir fry vegetables that we found at Kroger with broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and more. For the proteins, we chose shrimp and steak, but I seasoned each differently so that they had more distinct flavors.
When cooking cut up meats on the griddle, I would just suggest that you allow each piece its own small area on the flat top grill surface so that it can get a nice char. I also like to cook my griddle stir fry vegetables in a thin layer so that they don't really steam.
We served our stir fry on the griddle on top of cauliflower rice that we cooked with some minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and a bit of sesame oil. But you can also use white rice or fried rice.
Hope you enjoy this easy Blackstone griddle stir fry! Enjoy!

Dude!!! Your techniques are so on point in this one!! Love the way you did everything separate to give it its own respect and flavor...and the bang bang treatment on the shrimp was genius, mayo makes everything in life better in my opinion!!! Another great one!!!

That really looks delicious Neal! Seasoning separately works well and has individual components to the entire dish. I probably would have eaten half of the shrimp and filet by itself 😂. Nicely done! Cheers brother!

Hit another must have recipe, you did. The stir fry is a grand ol griddle experience and you two bring it to a new level. I really like the subtle ingredients to roll up the various flavors and the additions to the rice. Be watching the web site to download the particulars of success. Well done, a great addition.

I did get my Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate put together, did the initial burn off, and later that day I cooked some (attempted) butterflied chicken breasts on it. I'm not yet brave enough to try cooking multiple things at once like this. I posted both a photo of the grill and the result of that cook on the Griddle Group, though it was giving me problems as if I say "chicken breasts" in my post it gets automatically removed because breasts is a trigger word apparently.... I didn't want to say chicken hooters so I just censored the word breasts >_>
I think I will be doing some chicken thighs tonight. Whether I do them on the kamado like usual or the griddle depends on what the weather is doing. Should be doing breakfast Monday evening unless rain is pouring down on me.

Well you are building separate flavors that mimic each other...yes and no...the shrimp really stuck out and by not over seasoning the vegetables really help...the meat had the same profile as the vegetables but stronger
