Steak and Shrimp Stir Fry on the Griddle - Easy Blackstone Recipe!
Вставка
- Опубліковано 12 вер 2024
- If you're looking for Easy Blackstone Recipe to make on the flat top grill, then it doesn't get much easier than steak and shrimp stir fry on the griddle! Just pick your favorite stir fry vegetables, cook some meat, and serve on top of rice for a quick and healthy griddle dinner!
We used a bagged mix of stir fry vegetables that we found at Kroger with broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and more. For the proteins, we chose shrimp and steak, but I seasoned each differently so that they had more distinct flavors.
When cooking cut up meats on the griddle, I would just suggest that you allow each piece its own small area on the flat top grill surface so that it can get a nice char. I also like to cook my griddle stir fry vegetables in a thin layer so that they don't really steam.
We served our stir fry on the griddle on top of cauliflower rice that we cooked with some minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and a bit of sesame oil. But you can also use white rice or fried rice.
Hope you enjoy this easy Blackstone griddle stir fry! Enjoy!

Your channel is like mcdonalds I'm loving it
ahahahah ill take it...thanks Carlos
Dude!!! Your techniques are so on point in this one!! Love the way you did everything separate to give it its own respect and flavor...and the bang bang treatment on the shrimp was genius, mayo makes everything in life better in my opinion!!! Another great one!!!
Hey thanks Paul....like many things in cooking when you break them down in each component and respect the difference the result should come out better....thanks again
like the concept of individually seasoning and cooking each part - Thanks for the tip - Looked awesome
thanks Steve
We enjoy your program, and we enjoyed when your wife was trying to cook and she said she enjoyed the dust bacon we think about it every time we eat bacon
haahhaha #bacondust
I actually love riced cauliflower and me and my wife are currently doing no carbs. So this is something that I will be trying out very soon.

I cooked this today for dinner and you are 100% right .cooking everything Separate was great....thanks for sharing..
Hey thanks Tracy...I thought it just allows the flavors to come though more...
I was like, how did I miss this video? Oh yah I was in the middle of a hurricane! Glad I looked back and found it, I love your video's.
Welcome back! ahhahah I appreciate that..sorry you had to go through that
That really looks delicious Neal! Seasoning separately works well and has individual components to the entire dish. I probably would have eaten half of the shrimp and filet by itself 😂. Nicely done! Cheers brother!
hahahahha amen....its hard not to overeat because its just vegetables and protein...I think i did...
@@TheFlatTopKing probably haha! Have a great day!
I love the way you cooked the items like that, and in hindsight, makes all the sense in the world. And dang, I still need to try that cauliflower rice...
We really enjoy. it..I take same bag and microwave then put in blender and make mashed cauliflower...we have it with shrimp and grits or pot roast etc...works really well with out the guilt
Cauliflower rice is amazing.... I really like the one with a little mushrooms and asparagus in it!
I suspect folks will focus more on the components of this meal, but the real value is the combination of your technique, timing, and layers of flavor. Heads up newbs, this vid be a boatload of value..................
thanks Bob....really appreciate that
Hit another must have recipe, you did. The stir fry is a grand ol griddle experience and you two bring it to a new level. I really like the subtle ingredients to roll up the various flavors and the additions to the rice. Be watching the web site to download the particulars of success. Well done, a great addition.
Glad you enjoyed it should be up this week...thats the plan
I like the way you prepare the food you are about to cook.
Well I appreciate that...thanks RIckey
Great stir fry Neil!, everything looks amazing . Definitely some major flavor! Cheers 🍻
hey thanks bud...
❤this!!! I really like how you did it in stages.
TY
Amazing meal again Neal
Thanks Brian
Another stellar recipe
Thanks a lot....plus you dont feel guilty for the carbs
Fantastic flavors you got going on in all the components. I like how you spread everything out to get good browning. Looks delicious👍😊
Thanks so much Bobbi....
Look awesome Neal . Thanks for sharing.
thanks Bill
Money!!! Can't wait to try
Yes sir...healthier than most
Fantastic Content. Thank you for sharing. have a nice day!❤👍
Thank you! You too!
Surf and turf stirfry! I haven’t done this yet for some reason and I’ve been wanting to try riced cauliflower. I definitely like how you separated the three main ingredients to give them their own unique flavor profile. Looks absolutely delicious!👍🏼🍻
hey thanks bud...its sometimes the detail that matter...
That looks so gooood! I love such dishes.
thanks Howard....
Wow. Looks delicious
Thanks Kelly...
Looks amazing!
Thanks
Wonderful, thanks
Glad you liked it!
Very well done ❤
Big thanks
For us noobs with griddling it would be great if you tell us the surface temps to help us. Great Job.
I have tried to preach a different idea about ftg temps because in the end it really is not correct...Check out this video on why I try to stay away from surface temps

Do you know some cruise lines are doing away with their Japanese specialty restaurant? It makes the cruise too choppy!😂
haaahhahahahh i like it
That's a bang bang sauce sort of.
yeah more of the idea not the real thing
Looks great as usually. Missed the plating music. It's your TM.
oh no....Amy was supposed to finish the video...I had to work....I like it as well...
Nov. 22 is written on your steak. isn't today 10/02/22? Do you have a time machine that you're not telling us about? I noticed a hesitation, like what day is today? Just yankin your chain Sir. Great recipe and cook I'll be sure to try it. Great idea with the Stir Fry veggies. I'm all about simple and less work.
Im glad im not crazy....had to be a year ago....I just looked it up...I posted on Dec 23 2001...
Wow! New sub here! I recently made Steak Kabobs on my page too and *your dish looks amazing!* Hope to stay connected! 😀
How was the cauliflower rice? Good healthy alternative.
Yes...we really enjoy it...some are better than others so you have to find what you like
I also take the same bag and microwave per package and blend with butter and salt and pepper for pot roast etc..when you miss those mashed potatoes etc...we always have them available in the freezer
I know you know what you are doing, but I would use about 1/2 of the sesame oil on the beef.
hey Neil, good job! where do you get the squeeze bottle of ginger? My Kroger only has the garlic.
Thats exactly where i got it...right next to it literally...like a side end cap in the produce area
I did get my Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate put together, did the initial burn off, and later that day I cooked some (attempted) butterflied chicken breasts on it. I'm not yet brave enough to try cooking multiple things at once like this. I posted both a photo of the grill and the result of that cook on the Griddle Group, though it was giving me problems as if I say "chicken breasts" in my post it gets automatically removed because breasts is a trigger word apparently.... I didn't want to say chicken hooters so I just censored the word breasts >_>
I think I will be doing some chicken thighs tonight. Whether I do them on the kamado like usual or the griddle depends on what the weather is doing. Should be doing breakfast Monday evening unless rain is pouring down on me.
Hey thats awesome and sucks at the same time...i hate that filtered thing...I get so many comments that I blocked the comment and I try to explain its not me...but back to the cook thing...keep it going....heck smoke those thighs and pull meat then make some mean quesadillas on the griddle
Just one man’s opinion….I liked your old burn in logo better, new ones to hot!
hahahah...something different for sure
What brand is the cleaver? Looks like maybe an Enso or Dalstrong?
Its from KenKnifeCo....found him though instagram
@@TheFlatTopKing super nice. Love that style of knife and the hammered finish on it.
what kind of ginger and garlic are you using?
its in a jar in our produce department...most of my grocery stores carry them
How much? That much.
That might make it a legal measuring amount..hahhhaha
don't the flavors combine when you throw it altogether at the end.
Well you are building separate flavors that mimic each other...yes and no...the shrimp really stuck out and by not over seasoning the vegetables really help...the meat had the same profile as the vegetables but stronger
