Ghee is basically made of milk and is the healthiest in Indian culture. All of Indian foods are made in ghee that are home cooked. I would like to suggest a more healthier option instead of the popcorn and that is MAKHANA you can but the basic makhanas in shops and then use ghee to stir fry them along with salt or your choice of seasoning and thats filled with calcium and other good things and is umm too. Give that a try!!

i usually make rice in a normal pan, sauté garlic (it makes allllllll the difference in taste!) and then add the rice!
and GHEE (is a dairy free and better option for butter) i honestly prefer!!
