En fait c'est plutôt le nom du pavot, il est toujours produit dans ces régions. Vendu directement avec sa coquille, les graines sont récupérées pour faire de l'huile mais aussi très utilisées pour le pain. On le mange aussi pillé avec du sucre. Les restes du broyage étaient donnés aux animaux pour consommation.

.. how about some UA-cam logo on your bike.. nothing too big, nothing too aggressive.. something that would have the name of your channel.. ‘follow my journey’ something in those lines.. your bike gets a lot of attention.. I’m sure people would react to that.. (and I totally get it you don’t wanna ask for subscribers when you are filming 👍)
@@dragan_gattuzo I already put the name of my channel and I also write UA-cam on my panniers, and it does help a lot. I have that since I entered Bosnia. I am sure I already got about 100 subscribers thanks to that.
