You can do almost everything with just a number two Phillips screwdriver. Preferably one with a long stem.
If you only get one tool, that's the one to get.
Magnetize the tip. The hardware store near you should sell magnets specifically for that purpose.

Fwiw, I just built my pc and it's really designed to be foolproof. i.e, cables can basically only ever go in one way since they have little clips on specific sides to lock them in one direction. Parts that feel the most like you're breaking something is just putting in the ram, pulling down the cpu retention lock, and slotting in the gpu. Even on those, you can put in quite a bit of force without breaking anything.

Had to get your NIC a modem card a sound card CDROM drive floppy drive (always hooked up floppy cable backwards. this was a great instructional video, people always do the physical build but never explain how to update bios, then install windows, then update windows, then install drivers and then finally applications wanting to be used or played. or itll be a seperate video that like no one watches. you did leave out a lot of info part to part but you did get the main point and main explanation across. with the AIO you did mount it incorrect, if youre not mounting it as an exhaust on the top, yes you can indeed mount it on the front or side panel, but the tubes should be on the bottom. as the pump circulates new water the hoses over time degrade and will evaporate some water, it creates air bubbles, if the tubes are at the bottom the air bubbles sit at the top of the radiator and will never be circulated to the pump, with the tubes at the top the air will sit in the tubes and will be pulled into the pump and will ruin the pump. yes it does take awhile for this to happen, but an AIO should be fine for 5 ish years, or until you upgrade your cpu, which is 4-6 years for most people

Correct me if I’m wrong, but if the exhaust fans are on the radiator, would that not mean that the cpu isn’t getting cooled as much since hot air is going through the radiator instead of cool air? I thought the fans on the radiator cool it down by sucking/pushing cool air through.

Only thing I didn’t like was the negative air flow you put thankfully the case has good airflow so imagine the pc was nice and cool/warm

Always try to match the manufacturers from one if possible, and avoid frankensteiny.
Franky may be cheaper, but then comes drivers and utility issues.

@jacobhoover4393 it was extremely easy. I did watch about 10 pc building videos just to not make mistakes. Updating the bios was the scariest part. (It's not required, btw). Make sure if you get a strong gpu that you get a powerful psu. Otherwise, you might not have enough pcie connectors.

Building it is intimidating, as a mechanic I figure if I can build a car I can build my pc, but man I'm scared lol it's the abbreviations on the motherboard. Still. 2 weeks away from the last couple parts and it either works or I'm taking it to the nerds😂

I'm building my future PC that can handle gaming at 1140p at up to 170hz, but also do some editing and multitasking. Right now, I'm looking at the CPU: Intel i7 13700kf -- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900xt. Any thoughts are appreciated!
