0:40 sooo…. Hi I’m from 5 months into the future and that mother board will no longer work if you go for a ryzen 7000 cpu. Yeah it’s just how amd got their 7 gen ryzen cpu programmed to work with ddr5 memory. Now luckily in amd’s product showcase they did show off for motherboards compatible with the 7000 series and they also send more are in the works. so yeah
And when the world needed him the most, he came back!!! CANT WAIT TO SEE MORE FIRE VIDEOS!! You inspired me to start my own UA-cam channel of documenting my progress of learning new skills. Thank you very much!
Great build and you even did the ram placement correct. The only thing i can add is AMD might be sketchy for a first time builder because of the problems you might get and have to fix yourself, the other thing is the AIO, where people often forget about noise levels, and corsair is one of the louder coolers, but that might be a preference.
I appreciate it! The whole process took about 8 hours over 3 days (I ran into some issues that took a while to sort out lol) but I'm super happy with how it turned out! :)))
I know im late, but heres a few tips coming from a 14 year old... 1. When applying thermal paste, you dont have to spread it across, its better to just put a pea sized dot in the center. 2. Your 24 pin connector should be able to fit in that slot located next to it, I know it may be tough to fit but it should be able to slide in once you get the end through. 3. When I build a pc, I usually start by installing the motherboard, and then the fans. It gets the boring screwing in done early so the rest is just fun. (this is based on opinion) Honestly really impressed for a first time build, usually you see the cables everywhere and a lot of problems. Great job, you earned a subscriber.
Honestly, I've been building my own PCs since 1986 and only recently did a water cooled which is a still on going project. You did great on your build.
Bad news, so when you picked that motherboard with future-proofing in mind, AMD future generation CPUs will be using LGA for the pin array, basically the pins will be on the motherboard AKA your mobo is incompatible with future AMD CPU generations lol.
Congratulations, I did the same thing twice in the last 4 years, its so fun and easy but expensive, lol .Corsair is very good stuff. And yes at some stage I can see you taking the thermal paste off and doing a smaller amount. Two things I have had happened on my game rig.1 The graphics card started to throttle and get hot after about a year so I looked at you tube and undid the heat sink and redid the thermal paste as the video showed and and it fixed it no worries. It must dry out after a while., The second thing was my 35 inch monitor would give me no signal response some times. So once again YT is my friend and it showed how to take out your ram and using a school rubber on the connections. The gold bits. That also worked. Wish you luck. Well done on the build.
I like that you got a nice motherboard to future proof your build, the only problem is that AMD (the manufacturer of the CPU) isn't going to be using that socket in the future and are switching to a different platform so basically no knew cpus will fit in the board lol
@@CluenMedia amd will only switch to the new am5 socket this year, the am4 socket was compatible with all am4 generation of amd/ryzen cpu's unlike intel who uses a socket for 2 generations max
you said you were confused but you actually did a great job for your first build imho. a tip for future reference is when applying your own thermal paste you don't need to use the thermal paste spreader, squishing down the blob should get it to spread out just fine but you seemed to do everything correct.
0:05 just wanna tell u that I bought an Rtx 4070 super with a amd 9 for 1500$ and the entire setup cost ( including furniture and including pc) was 3600$ with 64 go ram and 1000w . Also bought 280 and 165 hz monitor with an included 100hz monitor 27 inch with fire tv stick.
i have the dark hero also. And now EK screwed us over and stopped producing the waterblock for it. Notes. Dont spread the thermal paste, you can make air bubbles and drop the efficiency. let the cooler placement spread it naturally. Your GPU started sagging immediately. But the most important thing. DONT use the single gpu cable for that card. I know the cable has two 8 pins, but for a card drawing that much power you really really need to use two separate GPU cables and only the first 8 pin from each. That thing can literally catch on fire trying to draw too much power from one cable, it DID happen to me.

Now luckily in amd’s product showcase they did show off for motherboards compatible with the 7000 series and they also send more are in the works. so yeah
This Video gave me comfort to build my Rig myself. Just bought parts for around 4k so wish me luck! Thanks for this nice video!
howd it go (its been 6 months)
And when the world needed him the most, he came back!!! CANT WAIT TO SEE MORE FIRE VIDEOS!!
You inspired me to start my own UA-cam channel of documenting my progress of learning new skills. Thank you very much!
Can't wait to start uploading again! I'm glad I could inspire you :)
bro where did he go again😂😭
@@Sir_Pancakes I will patiently wait, don't worry he's gonna be back with another banger video
Great build and you even did the ram placement correct. The only thing i can add is AMD might be sketchy for a first time builder because of the problems you might get and have to fix yourself, the other thing is the AIO, where people often forget about noise levels, and corsair is one of the louder coolers, but that might be a preference.
Bro dropped 3 videos, and said f it, we ball
Henry back in the house!!
Finally back to UA-cam after a MUCH TOO LONG break! Hope to be back for a while :)
Bro disappeared again
lol
i always thought people were overreacting for content when the pc boots but then i built my first pc and now i take that back completely
Worth the wait! 🥺 how long did it take for you to complete the entire setup?
(this is based on opinion)
Honestly really impressed for a first time build, usually you see the cables everywhere and a lot of problems. Great job, you earned a subscriber.
Bros speaking for experience 💀
@@mister_mcnuggie9262 a 14 yrs old has more experience than me building these machines..its crazy
How do you have enough money to buy the parts at 14? Wow!
I've got an similar PC and the Ryzen 9 5900X is just fire 🔥🔥🔥
7:16 part hurts cause there was one instant that computer build static from peeling the plastic and fried the whole pc it was painful to watch
Bro dissapeared for another year 😂
"I swear more videos are coming, see you next year" 3 years later
blud called me poor in 54353434597686909 languages.
Honestly, I've been building my own PCs since 1986 and only recently did a water cooled which is a still on going project. You did great on your build.
Man is never gonna need a pc upgrade like the rest of us bc I started off with a dell pc
Buddy never came back🥴
blud is NOT back
“I swear more videos are coming” **Dissapear for another 10 months**
Bad news, so when you picked that motherboard with future-proofing in mind, AMD future generation CPUs will be using LGA for the pin array, basically the pins will be on the motherboard AKA your mobo is incompatible with future AMD CPU generations lol.
Very intimidating to start a built, but once you’re done building you realize how simple and fun it was to build one. At least that’s how I felt.
he wasn’t kidding 💀 It’s been a year 😭
Congratulations,
I did the same thing twice in the last 4 years, its so fun and easy but expensive, lol .Corsair is very good stuff.
Now where are you
Wow he really never came back that’s wild
i swear, i swear more videos are coming, lol this video is over a year old
Bro has been gone for a year now🤌
For the guy you might want to use a bracket
It’s looking a bit heavy
Bro is never coming back 💀
Bro said there is more video’s comming and this is his last video
How he applied the thermal paste.
Im crying.
It’s been 2 months he lied to us
BRO'S PC IS GONNA BECOME A NASA PC WITH ALL THAT GEE 3080 AND RYZEN 9
Bro said new videos will be coming soon...it's been a year :((
7:50 biggest lie of the decade
True
built my first pc watching this video and it wasn't even really a guide (better than actually guide videos)
How is bro famous for 2 videos
7:45 that didn't age well
you said you were confused but you actually did a great job for your first build imho. a tip for future reference is when applying your own thermal paste you don't need to use the thermal paste spreader, squishing down the blob should get it to spread out just fine but you seemed to do everything correct.
7:49 bro lied
Crazy this $3600 build prolly costs $2400 now
This is insane mannn
0:05 just wanna tell u that I bought an Rtx 4070 super with a amd 9 for 1500$ and the entire setup cost ( including furniture and including pc) was 3600$ with 64 go ram and 1000w . Also bought 280 and 165 hz monitor with an included 100hz monitor 27 inch with fire tv stick.
Oh shi this is from 2 yrs ago
More videos were not coming…..
Who tf pairs a Ryzen 9 with a 3080😂
him
i have the dark hero also.
Welcome to another episode of "I could have actually got better hardware for 1k$ less if i waited a single month"
Ok boomer
ye ryzen 7000 is already out lmao he messed up tbh
and then bro disappeared again after a year
We’ve all sinned guys. We’ve lied, stolen, used God’s name in vain, and more. We now need to repent and trust that Jesus Christ died for our sins on the cross. This is very urgent tomorrow isn’t promised. Our works can’t save us but Jesus can!
