A girl was found recently in my neighborhood. It makes zero sense bc she was missing for a year and was dumped at a college. She wasn't a student there. I'm watching the news thinking how I'd rather hear this story from That Chapter. Her name was Jessica Dickson. Hope her story can be told.
I just started, a few days ago and I am thinking, will I ever catch up?! I was going to skip stories I know, but I like his input enough to hear them yet another time.
I always prefer swift justice when it comes to murder, but there’s something so satisfying seeing people who think they got away with it get caught years later.
I’ve always felt in these types of cases that can really tell how guilty a person is given how they address the victim’s families in the end. Her focus on telling them all about how this effects HER instead of being remorseful that they’ve lost their loved one is a good example of that.
Not sure how "That Chapter" ended up in my feed, but I damn glad it did. My commute to and from work is about 25 minutes. That allows me to take in 2 "Chapters" a day. If it's not finished by the time I get home, I sit in my car and finish "listening" to it. No watching and driving.

Mike, I've heard other crime youtubers had a nervous breakdown due to the violent content of the cases they were covering. A lot of people think being a UA-camr is easy peasy . I hope you look after your mental health and that never happens to you .
If that actually happened, and I believe an attention seeking youtuber most likely did SAY it did, then true crime is definitely not their bag. THAT'S who needs our prayers and support.
@@Janellabelle Honestly. I can definitely understand that it can be upsetting at times, but come on. Mental breakdowns because you're READING about true crime? Let's not be overdramatic about it. I’m not sure $6 would buy enough explosives to blow someone up....maybe take off their pinky toe???
Me, either. Besides, if I was going to kill anybody, there are many(MANY) ways that do NOT require a shady, blackmailing partner to pull off.
Not "one-son, but two-son!" 🙄 love how you roll your eyes at your own bad joke, Mike! I'm ready to give it a gooooo!!!!
But no tree turdy...
Mike: "Not one-son but two-son..."

Mike: "There lived Gary Tree-ano . . ."
That's what makes him so funny, he's basically kicking himself for telling a bad joke but he's like oh well.. gonna say it anyway. 😂

Two things this channel never fails to remind me is:
1. Don’t get married
2. Don’t get life insurance
Come on btw I would research high compound interest life insurance if you wanna get rich.
Hit the nail on the proverbial head! Funny.
and don't have a Tree in any dates in your life,,Mike will be comin after yea!!!
If you leave a will and name the right beneficiary in your life insurance, neither matter.

Kinda weird, i do not know a single person with life insurance.. I guess its better that way lol.. I always laugh when he mentions that stuff.
I wouldn't be surprised. I took a break from this channel for a couple months and came back to find Mike is being even more hilarious this year than usual.
Was hoping for it too. It shouldnt be overused or forced, but this was a perfect moment for it. Iwas just waiting for him to say there was a lifeinsurace
Just hearing that "Hey you!", and seeing those bluest of blue eyes...and I know this is going to be the BEST That Chapter episode, yet!

Hey Mike, I’m watching your video in memory of my friend Travis who passed away a few days ago. He was a huge fan of your show and we talked about it often. Thanks for all the great content he will be missed but I’ll think about him every time I watch your channel.
So sorry for your loss.

Lmao
Lmaooooo on noes the muders THE MURDERSSSSSSS AHHHhHhzhzhHhzhhzhzhzhhzuzi
If that actually happened, and I believe an attention seeking youtuber most likely did SAY it did, then true crime is definitely not their bag. EMTs, Nurses, Drs, Paramedics, Firefighters, police, forensic workers, etc they can handle it, but a youtuber reading about it years after the fact? Oh man now THATS the hard job right there. THAT'S who needs our prayers and support.
If Mike flipped out, who would narrate his story?
@@Janellabelle Honestly. I can definitely understand that it can be upsetting at times, but come on. Mental breakdowns because you're READING about true crime? Let's not be overdramatic about it. Imagine how people who actually deal with these things on a daily would feel. If collecting info on true crime gives you a mental breakdown, you shouldn't be making those types of videos.
