*CHEAPEST* Evolution Metal Chop Saw- Is it worth it?

Gang...the future is now. For a tool designed to cut metal, $240 bucks is pretty cheap. Its cheaper than the cheapest horizontal bandsaw, in the ball park of a brand name abrasive saw... and yet this thing might be far more accurate than both of those. is it too good to be true?
I needed to build a custom jack plate for my four post lift to keep our projects moving a long.. this is the only way forward

I think if i had the plate i would have plated the entire center of your jack plate , that way if you needed to support a small floor jack it would be plenty strong .

I agree. I may pick some up at some point and turn it into a pan but I did not have the material on hand

Good advice. I did do that but it didn’t make the video. A single video can only take so much mig welding
