Love Tom ignoring his self-declared strategy. "All I got to do is focus on moving around and not getting hit." Proceeds to focus on coins and walk directly into 3 fireballs. 🤣🤣
Yep. He proceeds to get hit by everything. Even stuff that is obviously dodgeable.
saw "multishot" within the first 50 seconds and was like "why even read the others, you're gonna pick it" and he in fact didn't read any of the others out loud :p
The mouse wizards despairing: "He took Quick Paws he'll be so agile how will he hit him"
That one quiet veteran mouse: "heh no worries lads, Tom went to the Prometheus school of running away from things"
The enemies from what I've gathered are Mice, Rats, Bats, Robins dressed as Robin Hood, The Wizards seem to be Merry Men of a unknown species (Possible gerbils), All things cats love to destroy, Cats are on the chopping block now, The turns have indeed tabled.
Pretty sure all the enemies are supposed to be rats/mice (other than bats). They all have little tails.
Iirc bats are called 'flying mice' in some languages.
What's even the point of the new weapons being other people in a tower, if all weapons are centered around the main cat anyway.
Yeah, instead of adding anything mechanically different like other games, it's just a clone of the basic VS with cat flavour.
Muscle, Archer, & Templar Cat seems like it'd be the strongest combo. All that multi-hitting with the safety AoE just seems really strong compared to the other combinations.
Didn't Tom hate the garlic from Vampire Survivors? I remember him frequently talking about how he felt the garlic was not worth it, but in all these other games he seems to love an effective clone of the garlic.
The abilities in this game all basically seem identical to one another, just all very minorly different versions of "spawn random projectile nearby"
The biggest issue i have with Tom playing so many new games is that every time I see a video, I want a 20 episode series to binge on.
Ohhh…I thought the thumbnail said “Cat Ball” and I figured that it tracks given Tom’s love of balls.
