New to your channel- the algorithm brought me here today and I'm so glad it did! I've been practicing for a decade and this was probably one of my favorite yin classes I've ever completed. So effective and I love how you keep everything so simple- from the poses to the minimal cueing! This was exactly what I needed today and I can't wait to explore more of your videos. 💚
Wonderful practice that hit the spot. One thing I absolutely love is that you gave direction then let go. Most yoga instructors feel like that have to keep talking, even through the pauses, when all I want to to is be still and relax into the pose. You did an excellent job of instructing us into the right shape, then stopping with the talking. Kudos! Because of this, I will be seeking out more of your videos. 🙏🏼 ❤️ Thank you!
@@YogawithShaunneka I got the flu, along with hubby & kiddo, at the end of May. 3 weeks in bed, antibiotics + corticoids really took the best of me😅 only at the beginning of this month i felt with more energy so i've been slowly going back to daily practice. Missed your videos a lot! Gonna catch up with the new ones soon😉💙
I did this at 9 am today with considerable lower back pain. It is now 8pm and the pain was completely dissolved for the entire day and still prevails. Thank you! 💖
