Amazing flow, definitely made me practice patience as well as staying in my body with each sensation. The first toe stretch was VERY intense but I was proud that I stuck through it entirely even with my brain screaming at me to pull out of it lol You have such a beautiful, graceful presence as well :) I’m very glad I came across this channel.
since two weeks approx. I do your classes daily. sometimes 2-3 times :) they are very special and always feel like a live experience :) that is a wonderful way to spend time :) thank you!! :)
This was SO GOOD, I had never realised I hold my belly in pigeon, that was a big release, and some emotions shifted in the pose after pigeon, and then I went deeper in the stretch - profound experience!! thank you for your authenticity
Searched for a morning yin practice. The usuals came up but I wanted to keep scrolling to see if I could find someone who looked like me. Very nice practice. The silence was welcomed and allowed for real reflection and listening to the body. The tone of your voice and your wording added to the experience. Thank you very much . Liked and Subscribed.
Namaste, I am grateful that the universal, all embracing and ancient wisdom of India and Hinduism ( yoga and meditation) is being appreciated and adapted all over the world now...
Really lovely practice. Your voice is so soothing. I did have to modify from sitting on the heels to Easy pose as I have severe osteoarthritis in my right knee. Thanks so much!
I've just discovered your yin yoga videos and I'm so excited to explore your classes over time! Thank you for sharing your practice! I have heaps of masc energy so it feels right to balance it out. BLESS
I didn't enjoyed the "take the last few breaths here" and then had to stay in the pose for an other minute. Also, with the variations of the pigeon pose, I should I put my arms?
Hi Erika, you don't have to stay in the pose, you can always come out when you feel necessary. In pigeon, your arms can be stretched out in front of you with the forehead on the mat, palm over palm, up on your forearms (to name a few) Hope that helps!
Shauneka would you design a class for sinus infection, polyps. My infection has been on for 6 wks due to a severe allergy reaction. I am very tired. Not sleepign well. Thanks for your consideration. Namaste - Lu
I also had a sinus infection last month! oh my goodness they are not fun. Ill keep that in mind for sure and I hope you feel better. 🤗 Just a suggestion, I grated and steeped some organic ginger and drank that daily. ☕
I'm not sure about arthritis. However, you should check out the foot collective, they have a bunch of toe and feet mobility exercises for various needs and conditions. I hope that helps. Also, doing what feels good for you, if it hurts I'd back off.
It felt aaaaamazing, thank you❣️🙏🏼✨ But actually I started right away with pose number 2 🤣🙈 I wanted to ask you, are there, in yin yoga, any inversion poses you could do a class with ? Have a lovely day ☀️🌸
Question! I have a really hard time tucking my toes, so the first position was very uncomfortable for me. Do you have videos on foot mobility or how to make a tucked toe position more comfortable?
Toe squat is pretty intense for most people and uncomfortable. I dont have a foot mobility class per se (great idea tho! thank you) but I do demonstrate a variation in my beginner yin class. Ill leave the link below. I hope this helps! ua-cam.com/video/dqEN1rbA1KI/v-deo.html
Extremely delicious ...I dove into some side stretches with child pose ....gurlllllllll how u toe squat like thattt??? I found my self in a quad stretch after pigeon....inhaleeeeeeeeeee...exhaleeeeeeeeeeeeeeee so good those final 2 poses yummmmy

Welcome back 🤎🥰
This was lovely, thank you! I especially appreciate how peaceful and quiet it is - especially first thing in the morning :)
Glad you enjoyed it!😊
I am hoping I will do better with toe stands. Right now it is torture! I loved the class.
Glad you enjoyed it! toe squats are tough for sure!
Sis, ow do you stay on your feet that long? That's crazy!!!!!
😂 I walk bare feet as much as I can!
Should I be taking deep breaths the whole time when I'm in the pigeon position?
Hi Cliff! you should be breathing comfortably in pigeon, nothing forced. I personally enjoy taking 2 big sighs at the end of each pose, feels good!😊
Perfect, thank you! 😊🌸
🤗🙏

i have arthritis (i think) in my big toes, so toe stretches are really painful-are they still beneficial? i sat in hero for the first stretches
