    Picked this one from my playlist on a whim and so glad I did. I didn't know how tight my hips had been feeling until these poses helped loosen them up. Loved this one ❤

    Absolutely yummy practice for the hips and lower back! Simple yet very effective.
    I would also recommend this to a beginner to yin. Very manageable and accessible class.

    SOOO good. I feel like a new person in the lower half of my body! I'm always sore in my back and hips so... this is one I'll be coming back to regularly!!
